Steven came out, showed me the problems, recommended parts to fix and reasoning behind issues! Holley communicated to me time to order parts and set up appointment for Tanner to come back out to get us back in business! If you’re looking for a phenomenal A/C company that is top notch in pricing, communication, service and honesty then Shane’s A/C is your best pick! They are up front about your issues and not charging you for a bunch of parts and labor that is not needed like some other companies I know!!!

These folks are lifesavers - Our A/C unit's motor gave out after 5pm on a Friday, they were able to come out same day and within hours they diagnosed the problem, replaced the motor that had given out, and got us back up and running. Professional, kind, and unbelievably helpful. Thank y'all again for your services. I recommend to anyone needing HVAC service - and we will be using them exclusively going forward.

Your technicians were so knowledgeable and caring. They researched the issue with my ax, and after learning how a inside condenser does not match the outside unit, they thoroughly explained why our unit runs constantly. They told us we will receive information from your company on getting a matching unit outside. They thoroughly explained what I need to do to keep the unit from clogging with algae.

Have a leak in the ceiling of the kitchen. He did verify it was not from the overhead unit and also cleaned it all out, even the pipe outside. He was courteous and professional! A very nice young man. And my dog Red just loved him. Red tends to like everyone your company sends out. That’s a good sign! Lol!

Came back out and repaired rip in duct work

What can I say. Called a week ago to get a part for a mini split. Now a week later I follow up with a phone call and still the same old story of no response from their suppliers. The lady then laughed and claimed no one wanted to work and told me to find my own part. I called the manufacturer and they sold me the part.

This business model of not wanting to provide a part or service doesn't make sense. I ordered the part in 10 minutes after waiting a week for some sort of response other than "order it yourself". This makes me not to want use this business or trust anything they say. If they don't want my business, please say so. Don't waste my time or tell me lies. If you want me to use another business please say so. This game of lies is a waste of my time. Anyone tempted to use this business should use my experience as a cautionary tale of what this company will do.
