This is the most honest company that I have used in 10 years. I was told I needed a new air conditioner by 2 other companies. My unit was only 5 years old. RandR came over and cleaned all the duct work did some maintenance and told me there was nothing wrong with the unit and it was a very good system.

I would highly recommend R&R Heating & Cooling. They came as soon as they could. They were friendly and professional and very knowledgeable. Also, they did not overcharge me but were very reasonable. I will always call them for my air conditioner
repairs.

Definitely enjoy the overall friendliness and work ethic of this local business versus chain businesses. Staff over the phone were very friendly and super quick to find a time that worked for me. Tech Clayton was energetic and super knowledgeable about the line of work he's doing and got my system running within 15 minutes of being there! From call to back cooling within 24 hours!

The technician Clayton came out to “fix” the unit and changed a part but it did not fix the issue. The unit was still not working and so Clayton offered to come back the next day and he did not show up. The service was extremely unprofessional. There was no AC for several days because of this. Another company was contacted and within 10 minutes they found the issue and fixed it same day.

The technician showed up on time, she kept us informed throughout the process, excellent job on the repair and the AC is cooling like it did when we moved in 5 years ago. She had wonderful customer service & the repair was reasonably priced.

After dealing with another company several times and still having issues and no air conditioning we heard about R & R. We were able to get an appointment the same day we called. Randy was GREAT!! He was very professional, showed up on time, and answered all of my many questions. Disappointed we didn't call them sooner, we could have saved ourselves a lot of money and time. They will definitely be our first call if we need service again

We have used R&R for our annual AC services. Two years ago they said we needed to think about replacing our 15 year old system. They didn't pressure us, it was just how much do you want to spend on an aging system. James and George replaced our system today, they were on time and finished the job professionally and quickly. We are proud to support a local family owned business.

Couldn't be happier with our experience with Randy! Woke up to our air out and he was able to come the same day, and the fix was super fast. Would definitely recommend and call again for service.

Been using them for years, their customer service is top notch and prices are super competitive. All times I’ve needed them they came same day, no question. Others I attempted were minimum next day. They also make good recommendations like really good and inexpensive filters. I recommend them to anyone looking for a service. All their maintenance of my system has stayed operational since they got their hands on it.

Super responsive to our needs! Quick turn around to fix the issue. Our tech was Candice and she is awesome! Look forward to having them service the unit!
