These guys/gals are absolutely amazing. Within 15 minutes of calling Holly in the office a technician was here to service our A/C. It was 80 degrees in our doctor's office when they arrived, they had us up and running and cooled off in no time. The technician found the problem and band aided it until they could get someone out first thing in the morning to do a full cleaning. Gage our service technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. amazing is only word that comes to mind. i called and within an hour someone was at my house. prior to his arrival i had his name and picture. He was kind.professional and knowledgable. he fixed issue and was out. perfection of a bad issue.

The crew that came to my house explained in detail the procedures that they were going to use to troubleshoot the problem with my A/C unit. Shanes AC is the only AC company I will call because they do great work and have been there for me and my clients every time we need help. They are the best and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

On time, respectful, reasonable pricing. They came out same day to provide an estimate. The estimate was emailed. Before they left we set a date for installation. They came out and did the work. It’s been incredibly to get businesses to respond and come out. I’m very happy with Shane’s AC.
