After buying a house a month ago in West Boynton, we knew the air-conditioning unit needed to be replaced. We contacted many A/C companies to come out and give us multiple estimates. Most of the estimates were between $5200.00 to $6000.00 to install a 4 ton unit. After being referred to by multiple friends, we called David and AA American Air Conditioning. David confirmed that we were being overcharged. David gave us an estimate for a 4 ton unit installed for $4800.00. Because he was professional and honest we decided to go with David and his company. Once the the unit was installed by the company. David returned a few hours later to double check the work and made sure everything was working properly. I worked with Dave on an air conditioning problem at a condo I have in Deerfield beach. After speaking with two other companies I went with AA American AC. I went with Dave because he was able to diagnose a problem that no one else thought of, and that was checking my power to the unit before just going ahead and start replacing parts. Everyone else was quick to sell me on new parts, where with Dave he recommended getting a professional electrician out before going any further. I was shocked that someone did not want to just take my money and wanted another professional to make sure we had proper power. Well he was right. My electrical panel had blown causing my AC to go out. Well with Dave’s advice we fixed the electrical issue first and than handled the AC. Dave was the most understanding with me, explaining everything in detail so I understood what was really going on. Needless to say Dave saved me a bunch of money not to mention addressing a serious electric issue which could of resulted in an even worse situation. Dave was more than fare with his pricing. He came out first and diagnosed the issue and came back again when power was restored properly and fixed our AC. I am so pleased with his services. We LOVE AA American Air! Hurricane Irma recently fried my AC motor and David saved us! Not only did he diagnose the problem right away, he was able to pick up the parts the very next day and installed them. I would highly recommend David and his team at AA American Air. We were previously using another company to service our air conditioning unit and they were over charging us and recommending unnecessary services. We called Marco and David at AA American Air Conditioning and they were great. Professional and prompt as well as completely honest. Other company recommended coil cleaning (with a charge of $400) but when Marco checked the coils, he said they were in good shape and that they did not need cleaning. He checked everything thoroughly and helped clean an area we could not reach and only charged us $75 for the visit. We will most definitely use Marco and David for all future issues and yearly servicing. Highly recommend them!

Our builder-installed AC had to be replaced. It sprang another leak in a long history of outside leaks--this time in the condenser coil--and since it was seven years old it was only rated 13 SEER. We are so glad that we selected AA American Air to do the work based upon their great online reviews and after meeting them in person. They were very honest and did not try to upsell us on equipment or services. Throughout the installation they answered our numerous questions and offered helpful tips for ongoing DIY maintenance. We are thrilled to have them as our new go-to AC resource.

I called on a Sunday and David tried to help me get my AC working by suggesting some things I could try to do myself. I couldn't get it working on my own so he came out first thing Monday morning. He was able to get my AC working in about 10 minutes by changing out the fuses and he was very polite and courteous. He was very honest about everything and showed me how I could fix it myself in the future if the same thing were to happen again. The price was less than $100, which is less than what another company would charge me for just coming to look at the AC.

My AC went out mid july in what I had said earlier in that day was "the hottest day of summer." I went online to search for a local repairman. I was impressed by the 5 star reviews this place had on Google and yelp. I often rely on reviews. A business with as many reviews as they have, with the rating they have, is actually pretty rare. David told me he would try to make it out in the next couple hours, and he was there within an hour. I don't know anything about AC units, so in these situations I try to evaluate the person and consider myself a good judge of character. I sensed David was really an honest and good guy. He said he had to come back Monday because I needed a new part. So I will have to update my review, but he came out and diagnosed the issue and made me feel assured I was in good hands. It's not often that a business makes an impression on me before any repairs were done.

I Love AA service. In my life I have used other A/C services in the past and always disappointed or was just okay but couple of years ago I used AA service for the first time and wow, David the owner gave me quick service on a Sunday (on my Boynton Beach rental unit). I felt really that I trusted this guy and what he told me. So this time I needed service at my West Palm Beach-City Place rental unit and called David yesterday, he told me he usually does not go that far so I called another firm who tested the unit yesterday and gave me their 2 recommendation ($1000 to fix or $5k for a new unit) I however called back David and begged him to please make a trip and he did today, not only he got the A/C running but he said the other firm's recommendation for fixing it would have not fixed it because they did not figured out the problem properly. So it cost me much less money and my Tennant is happy that A/C is already running. David, Thank you for the great service again. I really appreciate your outstanding service, 5 star is not enough!
