Mid Florida A/C

Mid -Florida Air Conditioning Inc. was recently out here to do the maintenance check on our unit. Eddie Foster the technician who came out was wonderful. He looked over everything and came with the part to make necessary repairs. He was very respectful and professional. I feel they are highly knowledgeable about the work they have to do. We would highly recommend them to everyone. They are very nice people to work with! We will always use them.

We had water coming from our air handler unit, and Al Taylor from Mid Florida came out at night for emergency service. He had to wait for about 30 minutes to get into our community due to a gate issue, and even so, he was helpful, professional, and efficiently took care of the issue quickly. Very happy with the service we received from Al. Highly recommend this company.

We used sal before he worked on our office,great guy nice service and explains everything. I had to call Sal yesterday to service my home and he came right away like I said very nice guy I Recommend using Sal and his company great experience.. I give him and his company a 10..

I called them early in the morning before business time, leave a message on the emergency line, the service coordinator contact me and they send a field technician in a couple hours. My A/C unit was back in service before noon. What a great service.

Called about my AC leaking water.
Al Taylor was the tech that arrived on scene shortly after I had placed my call for service.
He was very much a great professional and upbeat person who explained everything he was doing and what he found wrong with my system and how to correct it.
He wasted no time getting it done.
And was very pleasant the whole time he was here. He can come back anytime to work or service my system in the future.
He has earned my respect as a service professional!!!😀

Danny took my call, was out the same day and had the problem identified within minutes. Very pleasant to deal with, professional and helped educate me as a first time home owner to things needed to maintain my unit...I was expecting the usual visit and 300 bucks or more with the "You need freon." The price was more than fair and service exceptional and knowledgeable. I will be using Mid Florida for any future ac needs and be recommending them to anyone with ac needs. So happy to find a quality and trustworthy professional!

Good company to do business with. We have been customers for 20 years. They have always been responsive, reliable and and their technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. They always spend the time to explain everything to you and answer all your questions. Adam was our guy this time and he did not dissappoint! He was friendly, professional and explained alot to us about our system and the condition it is in. Give them a try. I'm betting it will be a pleasant experience.

We just had a packaged AC/Heatpump unit installed by Mid Florida and they did a great job. AL the estimator/service tech gave us a good price and walked us thru the process in a professional manner and was very informative on our options. AL also came back and the end of the install and did a final inspection. The service techs Jesse and Tobin did a very thorough and professional job on the install of the new unit. They were very polite and answered all questions I had. Also the office staff was great too and professional. Everyone was outstanding! We also have a annual maintenance plan for the last 5 years which has been worth the money and piece of mind. I would highly recommend this company to others.

I have to say i used to hate having to call the ac guy. Not anymore. We had a new home built In 2018 and these guys installed the system . They did a great job. Whenever we are due for maintenance they are always on time and very professional. I would like to add that we are spoiled now because when we have maintenance done or we need a repair i call them and ask them to schedule us with Al Taylor... He is amazing.. He can diagnose a problem almost immediately. Also he does a great job fixing any issues. Very professional and always on time... Would also recommend their maintenance agreement... It is worth every penny.. Keep up the great work Mid Fl AC..Thanks

I called at 4:30 on a Tuesday afternoon and Al Taylor returned my call within minutes and was at my house in 10 minutes. He had my ac back running in about 5 minutes. He was great!
