On a day I just so happen to stay home from work, I had a awful electric fire smell in my condo. My ac is over my water heater and leaked into the electrical box of the water heater. Fire department came out, turned off brakers and said I need to get it looked at. Dbk came on a emergency visit so I paid more for a service call and they still didint come right away. It was 2 hrs later. He looked at my water heater, said it was shorted because the float switch failed and didint tell the AC to shut off due to the excess water that was not draining. They cleared my line that day so it has better flow. Noted, the shorted water heater and failed float switch. The next day when they came to install the water heater, they did not replace the float switch. In other words if the water comes back, there is a possibility the same thing can happen, and if I'm not around can cause a fire. I explained to Greg in HVAC that they forgot to install the float switch. He wanted me to pay for another service call. I don't think because a tech forgot to install something I should have to pay another service call. I'm having to pull out any water daily from my ac to avoid a fire. I'll be going with another company. I'd avoid this company due to if they screw up thell make you pay more to clean it up. Even as something as simple at a float switch or as serious as a fire.

Greg with DBK is absolutely fantastic! Couldn't have completed any of my projects in a timely manner without him. He stayed till the very end and make sure the job was finished completely and correctly the first time. I can't say enough good things about greg in this company.

And were able to answer every question I had. A few days after the install I also received a follow up from DBK representatives checking if everything was working correctly. I had new air conditioner installed today by DBK Inc. in DeBary, FL. Company has previously done maintenance on very old air conditioner, and also plumming/sewer problems. I am very pleased with the service I received. Everyone was very helpful in answering my questions and helping me decide what system was best for my needs. The workers that did the install were professional and friendly. The finished job looks so nice, inside and out, plus the cleanup was beyond exceptional. Would highly recommend this company for your repair and replacement needs in your home.

Very pleased with the 2 man team that responded to my after hours water leak at my apartment. Professional, respectful and competent at resolving the problem. I am moving out of this horrible apartment complex very soon, but will definitely use this company, if I ever have any issues at my condo i am moving to.

DBK is a very hostile environment, they lack professionalism. There’s no recognition of any kind only mistakes are pointed out following with humiliation and indifference as well as a gossip about every one in the department starting with management and HR. There’s a lot preferences and recognition is only given to a selected group of people within their circle. There’s Divisions between the departments and there’s absolutely NO way to advance in you’re not part of their circle.

called DBK inc like a month ago on Saturday morning..... AC died 95 degrees at the house at 10am...in 2 hours i had portable AC units in each room. Air handler was 28 years old. So i decided to install new AC system. They gave me a great deal on a new system and scheduled installation next day. 5 hours of work. 4 people were working on the system. inside outside units. all drains were rebuild. some duct work. now house at 74 degrees with 100 outside....im more then pleased with this company...in 2 weeks AC died at my another rental...Totally the same experience...great price on bigger unit, fast and professional. i highly recommend. Like they are saying. One call does it all company. DBK...support local.

DBK installed a new AC unit and new return vents in my home. I must say that the installers ( Dave, Juan, Jose and Cesar) were very professional and respectful. They explained what they were doing every step of the way. Afterwards, they went over how to maintain the unit and how to operate the new digital thermostat. They made sure they did not track dust and dirt from the outside into the house by using booties. They cleaned up after themselves so well that it was like they were never even here. I would recommend this DBK to anyone who is looking for excellent service. They even have financing.

I have hired electricians from this company to do some electric job for the new water heater. To begin with, they arrived an hour later as they went to my old house. New address was provided when I scheduled an appointment. I have shown them requirements that come with a water heater, but they read it inattentively and installed 1 breaker and one set of wire instead of 2. When I asked, they assured me that they did everything right. Off course, when the installer arrived he told that it supposed to be 2 DP breakers and 2 sets of wiring. I had to call them back. They arrived couple hours later and finished the job.
I had to wait for them, cancel all my later appointments and lose money I would earn. Not to mention that I had to pay an extra $150 for one hour of their job. I feel very disappointed and robbed.
The lady in the office told she is sorry about that and she will communicate all to manager, but refused to adjust invoice.
