My experience from start to finish with dbk was amazing! Troy came out and explained exactly what I needed and why he was amazing. Mario and Jose installed my new inside and outside unit. Both were professional, detailed and very efficient. Mario walked me thru the new unit setup and all the processes. I will be using dbk again when I am remodeling my bathroom soon. Amazing company with outstanding service and wonderful people.

I am currently renting a house in Sorrento, Fl and got the privilege of having DBK service and repair the a/c unit in this home. I am a GC and know how important it is to have great workers. Starting from Anne Marie Rosamonda/ Service Coodinator to David and Renand/ field techs, they are by far the quality of workers a business owner desires. They where very professional and quick at the job. Work was top notch!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. The quality of their work is beyond poor. They do poor quality work (and are unrepentant about it), they completely disregard safety protocols, and they double-down when called on it. If you want it to LOOK like you got some work done, call them. But don't expect the quality of their work to last. It does not. Anyone who says they are on time and under budget is themselves under the gun to produce cheap results.

They don't sand or prep anything before they paint, so the paint won't stick very long at all to anything. Their work is sloppy. The quality is poor. They are unprofessional. And I honestly suspect they are employing illegals to cut costs. You get what you pay for. Remember that. Don't fall for fake five-star reviews. Go and SEE work they've done. See for yourself.

CHRIS and ALEX really did a great job installing every there are very perfessional!!! They were very polite showed me how everything work'. I give them a 10 for a very good job!!!

By far the most unprofessional company I've ever interacted with. The workers have bumped my AC down 4 degrees while I wasn't home. They've left my door to my apartment wide open letting the heat raise the inside temperature to 80+ degrees (mind you I have a dog that's inside during the day) and they also have left my apartment a mess. They've neglected to turn my water back on to my apartment and also neglected to re-attach and connect my smoke detector when they've left for the day.

I had plumber tech here today, Felix Laboy. Arrived right on time. It was raining out, he put BOOTIES over his shoes! He replaced my water heater, tracked some footprints later in the day. He did an AWESOME JOB!! When job complete, he washed the floors to remove any of his footprints, etc! He bagged wet sheetrock and removed from my home. I would have Felix, and this company at my home to help me anytime! AWESOME job, thank you......

Great team, great service! Chris and Jesus were super friendly and helpful. Very down to earth team and we'd recommend them to anyone who wants someone to be real with them.

Great Company - these folks know what they are doing! They fixed my broken shower quickly and they followed up with me during every stage of the project! I would recommend calling DBK first.

DBK has been my go to group for all of my many large and small home renovations,& repairs (which there have been many over the last couple of years).They are a very knowledgeble and a very professional business & dependable. I have referred them to my friends many times.

Called twice for Roofing/Exterior Painting estimates. Called and scheduled two separate appointments and both times no call no show. Don't let the hype fool you. Wish I could give 0 stars.
