Had my a/c serviced by Hoffman about two weeks ago. The price was more than reasonable. I called at 8:00am and he was able to respond the same day. He knew what the exact issue was with the compressor and fixed it. He even took the extra time in the 100 degree heat to make sure it was running smoothly. Two weeks later and still running great. Not only was the price and response time great, the invaluable part was his thorough inspection and honest advice. Mr. Hoffman goes above and beyond any a/c repair I've ever experienced.

Garrett will give you no fluff and tell you exactly what needs to be done. Will absolutely use this business in the future when the needs arise once more.

Mr. Hoffman was professional and very fair. He came out on a Sunday night and had us back up and going in under an hour. He was extremely fair and honest. I don’t normally leave reviews but he deserved it. If you’re needing a HVAC repair or service, do yourself a favor and call Mr. Hoffman, you will not be disappointed!! Very nice guy!!

Super good dude. Extremely honest. He came out, had a look at my coils and said there was a 'cat' in there! The air wasn't exchanging because the coils were gross and FULL of hair. He made sure the freon wasn't leaking too. He didn't charge me and he told me to use him when we needed to replace our dinosaur system. I *absolutely* will! He could have lied to me, I was ready to shell out money for a new one but he kept the old beast going for a bit which saved me lots of money. Thank you SO MUCH!

I wish I could give Mr. Hoffman and his company endless amount of stars! Out of sheer desperation I called Mr. Hoffman at 11 pm on a Sunday. My ac stopped working the night before and my home was unbearably hot. I have 5 kids,2 dogs and 4 cats. Our house was 85 degrees! This amazing man answered my call and less than an hour later he was on my doorstep. He immediately explained to me that I need to get my filters changed everytime I pay my electric bill (I'm buying in bulk tomorrow!) Turns out the compressor needed to be changed,thankfully he had the part and my house started cooling within an hour. Mr. Hoffman and I sat down and talked for awhile and he explained all the little things I could do to help lower my electric bill and keep my ac running. He reminded me so much of my dad back home in Hawaii. I absolutely loved sitting and chatting with him,even at 12:30 am! We will be life long customers and I will recommend him to any and everyone!

Don't hesitate to call Hoffman Heating and Air if you have A/C problems. Garrett's fees are on par with or cheaper than the big A/C companies. He is very honest and trustworthy. I was afraid of getting ripped off and didn't know who to call. I read the reviews and decided to call Garrett. He offered to come within a few hours after my call on Friday evening. I told him it was not that much of an emergency, so he came the next morning (New Year's Eve). He diagnosed the problem and provided 3 options to get my 12 year old system cooling again. Did he recommend the most expensive option to upgrade the entire old system? No. He did not even recommend spending $200 for a new part. He simply made an adjustment, was done in about an hour, and accepted his service call fee as full payment. He has great pride in his customer service. Give him a call.

My AC stopped working at 7PM. Found Garrett through word of mouth. he came out in the rain at 10 PM and fixed my AC. I have to say you can't find this kind of service anywhere his service was great and professional. if you need anything done with your AC system use Garrett at Hoffman!!!

Garrett Hoffman just left our house on a Sunday AC service call. I can't recommend him enough to anyone! He was absolutely amazing! His pricing was the best around and he went to the outside unit and went right to the problem in a matter of minutes. He is extremely knowledgable......his nickname should be the AC Whisperer!!!! I have found my AC guy from this point forward! He didn't push any extra services on us either. He was friendly and professional the entire time! If you want your AC fixed correctly, economically and quickly then you should call Hoffman Heating and Air, Inc!

Ac went out at 9:55pm called them and they were here within an hr. He was able to fix my ac unit with just a compressor couldn’t be more thankful for him being 5 months pregnant. Very nice man and he also had two more service calls and he left here at 11:30pm. Amazing service.
