Had a issue with my compressor. And called him at noon on saturday. He said could be there by 4. Was here at 330 . Very friendly guy. Found out capacitor was dead. Replaced . And works way better. Had great conversations with garrett. Highly recommend him.

Mr. GARRETT HOFFMAN answered his phone on the first ring, ON A SUNDAY EVENING, and came right over ON A SUNDAY EVENING, BEFORE HE HAD HIS DINNER. CAN YOU IMAGINE?? He's a wonderfully professional technician and diagnosed my AC problem within minutes. He's the guy to call to solve your AC problems. NO QUESTION!!!

Garrett was honest and informative. He was able to come out quickly and repair my unit. I would highly recommend his company! Great service overall!

Had a minor issue with hvac system and even though I called after 5 pm was out at my house within an hour. They do not charge extra for after hours service! He he diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 Mins for a fair price. Can't ask for better! Thanks guys.

Thank you for you reply and explanation. I'm sorry you had such a bad day that evening. I do understand bad days and I hope you reached your family and that they are all ok from the storm. As I said before you are always so friendly which is why I was so taken back. I really do appreciate your response. I meant it when I said you are great at what you do and I will continue to recommend your services to anyone who may need them. I will also be calling you when the band aid you gave us falls off lol!

Garret is a nice guy. Came out on a weekend evening. Was very informative and charged me fairly. I would definitely recommend Hoffman.
