Ace Air Conditioning

After receiving quotes from two individuals regarding fixing or replacing my AC unit, someone referred Ace to me. I was very leery because of experiences with companies just trying to sell a product and not caring about the customer. JDL was the 1st person from Ace that came to check the AC system. He was professional, knowledgeable and communicate well. He went as far as cleaning one of my filters, something he did not need to do but I was grateful. He explained the problem and the options I had, The 2nd person was Bob Cerveny of sales. He was also very professional, knowledgeable and very easy to talk with. He went over every detail of the systems, costs and answer all of my questions. After deciding to go with Ace, Adriano and Omar came to do the installation. These two guys were very professional and went above and beyond when installing the system. I had a great experience with this awesome company and their wonderful staff (from the office to the installers). Kudos to all that were involved, and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to service, repair or replace their AC unit. Thank you.

I prefer using family owned businesses that treat their customers like their family. ACE is definitely that, they didn’t pressure me and gave me options to choose from that would best fit my needs. They installed my new AC quickly, they cleaned up after themselves and they explained the new system to me. My salesperson Bob was amazing, he was communicative and prompt with all paperwork. They installed 2 units for me one in my condo and one in my home. I definitely recommend them.

I wouldn't use this place
the .technician playefd me to see how much I knew. Acted like it was one thing it will cost only about eighty ninety dollars. There was no power so he started playing with the fusees and said it looks like it's a fuse. Then said the thermostat was bad was fine before he got there. Then he proceeded to say it was just disconnect. Left with a bill of $284.00. funny how it didn't work was blowing cold before and three things were wrong. Then he lied on the repair sheet and said I called because it wasn't blowing cold never said that. Don't know if it's him or the company makes him jack up prices on repairs

Initially, Had written a bad Review for Ace Air-condition, but After talking to Scott, not that other associates where bad , Scott just was able to see my concerns, and also agreed that they needed to be addressed, now I am very Happy, Scott listen and give me ideas on how to address this concerns and that’s What I was looking to get , thank you Sir, you have won my business back. thank you , this type great service was what I was looking from Ace because of past experiences where always great,

Unfortunately I needed a new AC unit installed as my old one was 22 years old and stopped working. I had dealt with two other local AC companies (previously, for prior issues over the last year or so) that left me very frustrated either because they did a poor, unprofessional job, or because they (practically) laughed at me and told me there was really nothing wrong with my AC.
So, not wanting to deal with those companies again, I tried my luck with ACE and I am very glad I did. The sales representative was out of town, so I was fortunate to have the owner come out and give me a quote for a new unit, on a Saturday. He spoke professionally and politely and answered all my questions. He gave me different options on what was available and what would suit my needs. I also called several other AC companies that day, to get different quotes and they all wanted me to do the legwork for them with taking pictures, sending them home information, etc. I really appreciate that Eddie at ACE took the time to come out and speak to me personally, and politely and answer my questions and concerns. Installing a new AC is not a minor expense and I decided to go with ACE because I felt they were honest and cared about their work.
My AC was installed on the following Thursday and the two techs that came out and did the installation were also very professional and answered all my questions thoroughly. They did an excellent job with installation and kept me informed throughout the process.
I highly recommend ACE. They are a thorough, professional company that exceeded my expectations!

Ace replaced my central air conditioner that they originally installed 20 years ago. A representative came out to evaluate the situation and recommended 4 or 5 different units that would do the job. After reviewing the differences between them I chose the
one I wanted. Within a few days it was installed professionally. They were very neat and cleaned all the ductwork. They even came a few days after installation to make sure everything was working properly. They even called me a month later just to make sure I was satisfied. They go above and beyond to please their customers

I am thankful for Ace Air conditioning. I was looking to have a new system put in my residence and was not sure about which system to invest in. I had actually shopped around and got 3 other quotes.
From the initial contact with the ladies in the office, and a visit from Eddie with the quote, to the final installation ACE Air was the right decision !
I purchased a YORK system and I am so pleased with it! It is Very quiet, energy efficient, and made in America!!!

I normally do not take the time to write a review about any services or product that I have purchased, but I was so extremely pleased with the moment I made the call about servicing our A/C . Excellent customer service on the phone, so easy to work with around our schedule.. Shawn came to our house and was so knowledgeable about the products they offer along with what was wrong with our current A/C unit. America Homes had built our house and did not install an A/C unit large enough for our 2300 sq ft home installed in Oct/2001. We felt so comfortable with Shawn that I asked him "If you were going to install an A/C unit in your mothers home, what would you install. Completely honest and to the point, he told us the size we should have had to begin with in 2001 and the brand and maintenance of the A/C. They installed the unit, cleaned up everything from the job which ended up taking longer than normal just because of the size of the unit and rebuilding the platform inside. I am so pleased and would give them a 5 star without a doubt I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ace for all of your projects whether it was a new install or a maintenance issue. They were GREAT!!!!!! Thank you for all you did for us!

I recently had a new ac unit installed by ace ac it was a pleasure working with bob and Eddie to guide me to the proper unit I would need. The men that installed the unit were very courteous and very neat no mess to clean up. I am completely satisfied with this company as I no you would be also. It cut my electric bill by close to almost half.
