I had to replace the A/C and Al Taylor was very professional and diligent. He explained me what the problem was and provided options to get my new a/c installed. The process was easy and he guided me through the process. In addition Eduardo and Thomas they were responsible to install the unit and they were on task, polite and answered my all questions regarding the job that would be performed. After the installation, Al came back to inspected the job done to make sure that everything was set up to my satisfaction. Called Mid Florida for a free second opinion. The only reason they weren't my first choice is that my HVAC system was purchased from and installed by their competitor 9 years ago.
Was told by competitor that a complete system replacement was needed. Thousands I did not want to spend nor did I believe was necessary. Enter Al Taylor from Mid Florida A/C. Approximately 30 minutes after calling he was in my driveway. It was 89 degrees in the house. 30 minutes from that A/C was running and cooling as designed. He is now in my will.
The competitor was wrong and misleading in their diagnosis which could have cost me thousands had I not called Mid Florida.

Al Taylor saved my day! First day home with a new baby. We get home the AC is out super hot in the house. Same day came over fixed the issue very knowledgeable and kind!! Highly recommend!!

They installed a mini split in a newly closed in room in my home. This company is top notch throughout. Every one that I interacted with was very professional and understands customer service. There are so many companies out there that could learn a few things from this company when it comes to customer service.

i took advantage of a special offer to have the AC units on two separate properties cared for. the technician's name was Al, he did a great job of thoroughly checking out the air handlers inside and the condensers outside. Cleaned, wiped down the units inside and out. Checked the freon on the systems. Al was polite and courteous.
I would recommend Al and Mid Florida Air to anyone.

Adam H came to help us after a long weekend away. We got home and the AC was out. He got to the house and got us back up and running with no problems at all! Very happy seeing as though it’s a Sunday and late in the evening!!! Very professional and great with explain to us what happened! They will be keeping my business!!!!

I’ve been using this company for over 30 years in business and home. They never fail to provide quality service. Adam was the latest tech to come out- it turned out not to be an actual HVAC problem but electrical, but he was so helpful and knowledgeable I knew just what to tell the electrician which saved me time and money.

Al was amazing and got things diagnosed very quickly and replaced with even more dispatch. I was very impressed with Al's professionalism and capabilities in replacing my Mother-in-Law's air conditioning blower without fuss and with impressive speed on the day of my Father-in-Law's memorial.
