Ace Air Conditioning

I've been using Ace for bi-annual maintenance ever since I moved to Florida in 1982. They keep everything working so well, I don't need service much, but when I do, they're good for that too. When my old A/C system finally kicked the bucket, I called them along with 4 other companies to get some prices. I liked Ace for service and maintenance, but I always shop around before making a big purchase like that. Eddie came to my home and gave me a free estimate. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, he gave me the best price out of all 5 companies. Needless to say, I went with Ace for my new A/C. The guys who installed it did a great job. The wife was happy too because they even cleaned up after. I recommend them to all my friends who need anything A/C related. Don't even waste your time with the other companies around here!

I had several A/C companies come to my home re: new A/C units. Shaun was FANTASTIC. He as on time, listened to my needs and gave me a quote after reviewing all of my electrical, and current air conditioner.
When I phoned him to say that my A/C had now quit, but that I was looking for a different model, he obliged me with a new quote.
I would have chosen ACE (all because of Shaun's professional and personal manner) but I was told that a year maintenance agreement was contingent upon my posting a review. I felt as though it should have been just included - they certainly were already a contender for my business.
I phoned Shaun back to let him know & he then told me I should have just asked - & he was right! I should have!
However, I would like for the owners of ACE to know that 'posting a review; either bad or good' should not affect their service and their proposals.
Again KUDOS to Shaun he is doing an EXCELLENT job of representing ACE.
Please give him the tools to do that.

They say the business is the employees the customers see. My AC went out last week. Amanda came out and tried everything to get the unit running but there was just no saving it. Amanda was so sincere and caring throughout the emergency visit.Tuesday came. Joe and Amanda were here bright and early. They we exemplary employees. They worked hard through the heat. Joe was like an artist creating the new primary duct work. It was a pleasure having them take care of me

Our AC is 20 years old but still working however, with our luck it will die in August when it's 98 degrees! So we are being proactive and taking care of it now. Our sales rep Shuan met with us on Tuesday to discuss product options & benefits. We decided to go with us 17 seer. Two days later, Adrian & Brian arrived on time for our scheduled appointment. Both were friendly and answered any questions I had. We are having an additional duct put in our family room. When they asked where I wanted it, I replied above the couch. Instead of them just putting it where I said I wanted it; they explained to me that if I was to put it on the opposite side of the room the A/C would blow air directly towards the couch. They were respectful of our house and even took the time to move our bed and area rugs so they wouldn't get dirty. Both are professional and have 39 years of experience between the two of them. This meant a lot to us considering it is a costly home improvement. We received a home energy rebate from Duke by just doing a 3 minute survey. Also, ACE Air-conditioning gave our first maintenance appointment for free. Shaun stopped by our house on his way home from work to make sure everything went well. Abigail took our payment by phone. Overall a great experience. We highly recommend ACE Conditioning!

Ace Air Debary, FL was great. They were quick to respond when I needed additional quotes to replace my HVAC unit. Their price was competitive and their technician was very through in explaining every step. The only reason i didn't give them 5 stars was because there was wire issue during installation, but they resolved the issue the next day. I would highly recommend Ace Air conditioning.

Ace Air Conditioning replaced our AC Unit in April. We called them on a Monday and they were here the same day and gave us the total pricing of a new system, which we believe was very reasonable. So that Wednesday they were here promptly with everything and had our entire system replaced that afternoon. Very trustworthy, prompt and friendly service!

Very good A/C company! I had a freon leak, in my unit, and a friend recommended Ace to me. The technician, Amanda, came out and tested the unit, cleaned the coil, added freon, and found the leak! I'm good to go, for the summer!

Absolutely WORST AC company I have ever dealt with. Was charged $99 for a tech to come out and tell me nothing was wrong. The next day the same tech came back and fixed the issue after I had to call them back. Was charged ANOTHER $99. Manager refused to refund the $99 from the first service call.

When we found out we were moving we decided to not buy another year service agreement. We spoke to the office manager and told her we just needed 1 more service before we move. She agreed to this. We received the service (poor as it was) and then got a bill for the ENTIRE year. After numerous phone calls and emails the company finally agreed to bill me for services rendered which was $250.

This is the BEST part, I reviewed them on FB and Yelp, the manager read the reviews and immediately emailed me and said “I retract my $250 offer to settle your account until you remove your review” and he now wants the full year, $750, even though we moved and agreed to one service, not 4.

Endless phone calls and emails later I am still dealing with this. We are now headed to COURT, yep, COURT.

I have closed out my power, water, phone, cable, internet, pest control ALL without issue. For some reason closing out an AC Service, one I didn't even have a contract for, is impossible.

When I finally got the manager on the phone he tells me "We don't make that much on service agreements so its no big deal if you cancel" WOW, that is some stellar customer service!!!

This company constantly showed up late, didn’t fix our issues in the first visit and left a giant mess each time they came. They even filled our entire dumpster with used filters from our job and others after I explained to them they need to take their trash with them.

Buyer beware. If anyone needs a recommendation for a GREAT air conditioning company I highly recommend Champion AIr! They have been night and day better to work with!!!

Father's Day, Sunday night, 96 degrees, in Quarantine, A/C went out. Called Ace 8:00 AM Monday, Technician at my house by 1:00, diagnosed by 2:00-Blown. Salesman at house by 3:00. Bought new and installed new by Thursday 3:00 and awesome, and install guys were great!!! Love 10 year parts and labor warranty!!!

We recently had a new air conditioner replacement installed. It wasn't easy making an informed decision on which company would end up
getting the job. After reading the reviews of all the dishonest companies out there , it left kind of a knot in our stomachs , with so much money at stake. Who could we trust? What was a reasonable price? Do we have to be at home to make sure nothing gets stole from us? Where does one turn for the answers? We met Ace Sales Specialist , Shaun Kadashaw ,
who we put our trust in . The install was completed and we couldn't be
happier with our decision to go with Ace.
