We just purchased our compressor and air handler from Terry. What a great experience. When he came to the house for the quote, he went over the entire house to calculate the most efficient unit for us. The installation went very well, there was good communication every step of the way and everything was done at an extremely fair price.

Mr. Justice was wonderful and extremely professional. He walked me through what he was doing and why he was doing it the entire time. I had to replace my nest app(waste of money) and put a old school thermostat on. He was super responsive fixed the problem and I was extremely happy with his service.

Terry was recommended by a friend years ago and he has provided service for my AC for many years now. I agree 100% with the other 5 star reviews. Totally honest, will save you money if he can, very thorough in his work, does the extra little things. Affordable and in my experience, prompt service. I HIGHLY recommend Deltona Heat & Air. I will call no one else for servicing my AC or Heat.

Can't thank you enough for coming on such short notice! Top Notch service really great guy saved me a bunch of money. Called after having someone come out and giving me an estimate and saying I had a bad compressor and that it was better just to buy a new unit. Well I won't jump the gun when it comes to something that high price so I wanted a second opinion. Call them up and asked if he could come same day and he delivered. Came out and found out what my problem was relatively quick and saved me thousands of dollars from what I would have paid had I gone with the first analysis from the other guys. Thank you thank you thank you will recommend you to all my friends and you will be the go-to guy for now on.

Thank you so much! My outside AC unit went out today and he was at my house within an hour and a half and found/fixed the problem right away. Very honest about problems and does not overcharge as everyone else would take advantage of a single female that has no clue about AC’s. Highly recommend and will be referring him to anyone who asks!

Terry has serviced my A/C for almost 10 years. On several occasions I've needed him on the weekend and short notice and always arrives quick. I definitely recommend him.

2 weeks ago I called and he came out promptly. Put gauges on my unit and did some running around my house checking my handler and etc. 1 hr later he said everything was fine and my unit was still within normal operating conditions. $75 later and left. My house still not cooling. Called another company yesterday and they said my coils were apparently never cleaned and disgusting along with low freon from what I suspected of Zero maintenance from previous owner. I witnessed and now my house is cool. I don't reccomend this guy. He sucks. I should have thrown the $75 out on I-4 to least get some 2-70 AC
