Absolutely scumbag salesman. On drugs for sure. They don't listen to the customer and I want a refund! Stay far away! Clearly unethical and out to rip off anyone and everyone. Prey on women and dismiss questions from a knowledgeable man. Disgusting they are out here ripping off our community. We still have issues with our refrigerator that we're not addressed. Their labor rate is $200/hr by the way! You cam buy a new appliance for the cost of repair. Don't call them!

Started the repair process with them the end of November 2022. After missing two appointments and rescheduling twice, James came out and verified that the oven needed a new igniter switch (which was what was suspected) but said since it was a Samsung gas appliance he would need to order the part. He estimated it would take 2-3 weeks to come in. Part was paid for, and the waiting began. Seemed like good timing since that would be right before Christmas. Never got a call.

After not hearing anything for over a month, left a message about when the part should arrive. Was told that James needed to check the inventory, but it showed it was shipped and received but he wasn’t sure if it was physically on hand.

James finally set an appointment to repair the oven. He missed yet another appointment without any call or notification. When called to reschedule he said his truck broke down.

On the next appointment day, once again there was no text or call but he never showed up. This time he said it was because his phone broke, so that kind of explained the no call/text, but he still never reached out to reschedule. He swore up and down he would call or text to schedule a new appointment the next day.

It’s now been an additional week and a half since he was last heard from. My oven has been broken for three months. James/Air Nation has yet to call back. When I call the voicemail is full. Resorted to calling from a different number because I didn’t know if he was avoiding the number or not.

He seemed like he knew what was wrong and was fast to diagnose the issue, but unless your repair can be done on the spot; don’t bother. This guy is a one and done kind of repairman. He won’t follow up. He will take your part money and run.

The owner james did not show up on time, not to mention after i told him what i wanted he took 3 weeks to install it and did it wrong and now my wood floor is rotting. I would think twice before calling air nation

Justin and Trey were hired by my son, and I am so pleased by the quality of our air now. We too were calling all the local companies, and getting quotes ranging from $800 (Bob Heinmiller) and other companies...ProMag, Frank Gay Plumbing (their a/c duct cleaning dept) each one gave us quotes which were just way out there. AirNation applied to our call (on Home Advisor) and gave us a great quote! We had a budget to get other things done, and they were happy to perform the work. They worked on cleaning our ducts, repaired some minor holes in the duct work ($800 was what one company wanted to charge us), however AirNation demonstrated that that cost was way too much. We got the repairs done for just under $200! I also wanted our old a/c unit removed as it was just sitting there not being used, they were able to remove it and haul it away...Thanks guys! But the biggest feeling we are experiencing is the much cleaner the air is, if you need duct cleaning done right, and they do get the job done! Call them! Don't call on those other guys, as they will charge you up to 3x as much!

We could not be happier with the service we have received multiple times now from both the owner and employees of this company. The prices are more than fair, and they are always kind and communicative. When our fridge broke after they attempted to fix it and we had to replace it, they went above and beyond to make up for the fact we had to buy a new refrigerator even though it was not their fault it failed after repair (separate issue). They made up for it with a few small free services to help us out, and they have earned our loyalty. They are responsive and if they can’t come the same day we call, they always come the day after. They also have emergency hour services beyond their business hours. We truly recommend them above other companies we contacted in the area.

James and Christian were here in less that 24 hours. Both were professional, extremely courteous and knowledgeable in the field. The dryer was repaired in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend Air Nation to anyone looking for positive/professional results.

These guys are what it means to value your work and your customers. Our dryer blew several parts over the course of a few months. Come to find out the house vents were the issue (apparently very common)! Our rental company left us high and dry, but not these guys. They responded to every message promptly, even got back to me on a day off when the part had blown again, to discuss setting up a follow up to replace it. They claimed to stand by their work and their customers, and not only did they replace the part, the assisted me in learning what CAUSED the problem and helped and fixed that too. The agent James was extensively knowledgeable in his field, and earnestly took the time to educate me about the issues I’ve dealt with and how to resolve them best. I’d say more but I want this to actually be read all the way!

Summary; This small family owned company not only serviced me professionally and hastily, they took extra steps to see me through a difficult problem and ensured loyalty to the job and customer satisfaction mattered.

Call them. 100%.

Air Nation saved us $6000. We were about to buy a brand new AC when all the had to do was change out our thermostat and clean some coils. Our energy bill has gone down and we are satisfied with their work. During inflation things are expensive as is. I prefer them because they’re honest. And instead of telling us we needed a new AC or repair, they added life to our AC with a little bit of maintenance.

I had some trouble with my Maytag fridge and tried fixing it on my own. Eventually I caved in and sought out help with Air Nation Air Conditioning Repair, I was fully expecting a robot and a response two days later. Instead, a person answered the phone and took down my info. Not five minutes later did the very kind technician named James help me out with my issue, he stayed on the phone with me and helped me through my fridge issue, had me send him some photos of the unit, and provided me with a lot of help, to the point where I Ultimately was able to finish the repair myself, only because of the kindness and expertise of James. He wasn't just giving me random technical jargon or anything, he was actually giving me advice and showed how knowledgeable he was in this field.
The next time I have an appliance repair needed, I will most definitely give Air Nation a call.
BTW, this was all at 8pm on a Monday.... what other company has immediate service like that? very impressive! Thanks again James! 👍

Had an AC issue. The serviceman was was very knowledgeable and efficient. It was a 2 step job , ie. Fix one part and then figure out what caused the problem in the first place and fix that. He did a great job and it is working perfectly.
