    Very honest and reasonable, they saved me almost $7000. I called after hours and left a voice-mail, they returned my call within the hour and came the the next morning. I would definitely recommend them.

    Jeff and James were absolutely wonderful to work with. Another Local company quoted sub standard replacement for my split unit heat pump (a/c and heat)at a price that was cost prohibitive with a significantly longer install time frame. I found these guys thank goodness! Jeff came out the morning I called, looked at my situation and recommended a great solution. The best part they were able to get my new unit installed the next morning at a very reasonable cost. Jeff and his brother James were not only clean and professional, their service was fairly priced. the day after install they came back and double checked everything to make sure I was officially GOOD TO GO!
    I am so pleased on every level. These guys run a small outfit but they are top notch!

    James was initially responsive and easy to work with. He serviced the AC at my rental property and repaired a broken fridge. He told me the fridge was in great shape and should have no more problems for a while. Two weeks later the fridge is broken again and James will no longer communicate. Simply will not pick up the phone or answer texts. I have 8 properties and was initially happy to have found someone I could use for the long term. I'll now have to move on.

    Edit: Changing review from 2 stars to 3 stars. James finally called and addressed the problem. If I work with them in the future and things go more smoothly with communication, I'll update my review again.

    BE AWARE!!!!!
    I called this company due to Whirlpool had advised me that they didn't having any servicing technicians in my area. Come to find out, Air Nation is a company that they use, they do not want to fulfill the orders due to not making enough money.
    I should have canceled all together, when they didn't show up on the first day, but called to advise me they ran over on their last job and could come by the following day.
    Unfortunately, I gave them a chance. However, they weren't able to fix the issue. For $75 they told me it would be cheaper to let the problem exist. WTH!!! Really??
    So, I called them back after speaking with Whirlpool who advised they would cover the parts under warranty, they just needed the parts number. A representative called me back and advised they were busy and they could get me an invoice by last Monday 07/26. That didn't happen, so I called them back. The line was picked up, but no answer. I called Whirlpool who didn't seemed to be to concerned and left a message for the same technician that ignored my request. I don't like giving bad reviews,. but this is a must. I should've went with my gut after reading the other bad reviews. I'm left with my microwave not fixed and they scratched up the panel when they took it off and took it outside to do whatever they thought they could do. If they don't have a easy fix and have to order parts to come back, they don't want to deal with you. But for $75.00, I don't think so.
    I will be pushing the issue to get the parts I need to fix my new appliance.

    Quick to show up at my home after hours with an experienced technician who completed the exterior repair in less than an hour. The total cost was amazingly cheaper than I expected. Thank you Aur Nation!

    Had an issue with my parents AC unit (that was installed 2 years ago, BTW) and the company that is supposed to service it never returned any of my calls. I was referred to Air Nation and spoke to Justin. He was friendly and very helpful. Someone was at my folks house the next morning and got them fixed up and running fairly quickly for what i would consider a very reasonable price. Thanks guys!

    This was one of the worst company's I have ever had to deal with for a home repair. They were so unprofessional. I was having problems with my HVAC not turning on, so I did some research and saw Air Nation was local and had good reviews. They arrived and the tech who only placed his hand on my HVAC motor said it was a bad motor and module all in the matter of 5 min. He said that both will need to be replaced. They charged me a 75 service fee and said this will go towards the repair cost ( it didn't ) and will have to go get the new motor. It turned out they didn't have the motor in stock and they would have to come out the next day around 8am to 10am. The next day I waited and was never contacted, 11am rolled around and they still have not arrived. I ended up having to call them for them to explain that they needed to go else were to get the motor. And they were going to now be there around 1pm. They finally showed up with the parts and began the install. The tech installing it was so unprofessional. He pulled his masked down as he was installing the motor and continued to cough into my unit which when it was turned on filled my house up with the smell of cigarettes. As they repaired it there conversation was full of profanity my wife and I could hear inside from the garage. They spent 3 hours trying to get it to work and had to call another tech to help out. They finally figured it out and had it installed. The tech handed me his phone to pay for the repair. It was 980 for a motor, module and installation but I was not given an invoice regarding the break down in cost. I asked the tech about the invoice and he said it would be emailed to me. The next day I never received an invoice and had to call them to send me one. Still never received one. Called again the following day and was told by the man in the phone " oh yeah, yesterday was a bad day to write one up for you" are you serious! I finally received one that looked like it was put together just to shut me up. I researched the parts involved and they price gouged me on the parts upwards to 200 dollars on each part. I have never ever had such unprofessional, dishonest service in my life. If you don't want to get scammed out of your money and if you don't want rude, unprofessional techs I recommend you stay away from this company.

    Our thermostat had no power and we called Air Nation LLC 8:00 at night. James answered and walked us through steps to check to see what was wrong. Within 15 mins we found the issue and got our AC back! Would definitely recommend Air Nation LLC! Thank you James!

    Company is Trash. The owner James tries touching women when their man goes to the bathroom. It’s okay though I heard James tried assaulting someone and got dropped on his head. :)
