Honest service! I talked to 2 other companies and are quoting me upwards of 300 and the other one even insisted to change my AC for 8000+. They (Ace) fixed it for $99 only in record time. Great work, Amanda! She said the problem is just ants messing with electricals!

Ace Air Conditioning was recommended by a friend who used their services and they were very pleased , so we called Ace to replace all of our duct work and install an I-Wave unit, we were very happy with the professionalism of the workers and that they used all safety protocols with the pandemic we all are dealing with.
A few months later we had to replace our entire AC unit so we called Ace and was pleased with the install , we had some questions and concerns about the outside unit and the owner came out personally to look at it and answered any concerns we had, they also came back to fix a small leak in the plenum. We have been pleased with their services and would recommend to anyone looking for an honest reliable company to call Ace.

Salesman, Shaun, came to the house punctually as promised for a free quote. His quote was absolutely fantastic, I am so glad we called Ace Air Conditioning!!! His quote was less expensive than other quotes by about $1000 and included a 10 year warranty on compressor, parts & LABOR!!! Warranty itself was better than all others. The unit was a 15 Seer vs 14 seer from other quotes. They also put in a loaner unit temporarily until mine could be installed...I have never heard of this...what an amazing customer service piece at no charge!!! Shaun even showed me how to get a $200 rebate from my power company.

Installers arrived punctually and did a fantastic job installing the unit, air handler, and thermostat. They cleaned up everything and even blew out my garage. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND calling them if you need an AC. I will be telling all my friends and relatives about the amazing job they did at a fantastic price!

Ace Air is a top notch company. I bought a house in DeLand in June 2018 and started having AC problems immediately. Ace Air came to my rescue. My fan motor went out so I contacted them and they fixed it. The Tech did some testing and advised me my compressor was not operating correctly. About a month later I had more problems. Called them and inquired about replacing the unit. They came out immediately and Shaun gave me a quote on replacing the entire system. He was very helpful and explained the entire process to me. I had them replace the entire inside and outside units. They did an excellent job and are very competitive. From the office staff to the installer I was treated great. They even told me how to get a $500 rebate from my gas company, which helped pay part of my out of pocket expenses. I highly recommend to anyone having AC problems to call Ace Air first.

The sales rep was not high pressure as he took his time to explain the A/C system we were interested in purchasing. We had Ace install a Carrier unit & have been very pleased with it. The service & response time to install the A/C unit was done in a professional manner. All our questions were promptly answered by their service tech who was very knowledgeable. Pricing was in line. We are happy we went with Ace Heating & Air Conditioning.

After getting quotes from numerous Air Conditioning companies, Ace Air was who we decided to go with. The sales rep that came out was extremely professional and knew his products. Having already had issues with other companies, he was quick to talk about their products and service and not down talk the other companies. He found just the right solution for my house and my budget and talked me out of things I thought I wanted and really helped me get the perfect system.

Installation was quick and very professional. The guys that came out and installed the system were presentable and took pride in their work. They made sure that everything was just right and that they left no mess. Since I had to work from home that day, they were also respectful and made sure to let me know if they were going to be making noise in the house so that I could adjust accordingly.

When it comes to my air conditioning needs, Ace Air will be who I use and I have already made sure to recommend them to my neighbors in the area that are in need of a new system.

Highly recommended. Our heat pump unit would not stop running causing the intake vents to freeze and pump icy air into the house when the thermostat was on 78! Their technicians were relentless in solving the problem. When called in the morning, a technician arrived the same day! Professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

I called for service today at 2:15 and a service tech was dispatched by 2;45. The tech {Amanda) arrived and hour later. She was able to diagnosis the issue and make her recommendation. I authorized her to proceed with the repair, which almost immediately resolved the problem. By the time she left it was like night and day as far as the system performance. Amanda was professional, courtesy and knowledgeable, She is a outstanding and valued member of the ACE staff. I am very blessed to have her assigned to my work order. If I ever need service again, I will request Amanda. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would on this review. 10++++++++++

We have used Ace ever since we moved into our house 27 years ago. Our last HVAC unit from them lasted over 14 years! They are quick to respond and caring and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.
