MIKE and Jack from Mason Air Conditioning were excellent! I could not be happier with the service from beginning to end. Answered phone in the evening and at my home promptly the next morning. While I could have just had a simple repair I knew my 18 year old air-conditioner needed to be replaced so scheduled that for following day. Again, prompt and professional and explained the new fancy Nest thermostat . A billion thank yous!
Another HVAC company, with whom we had had a service contract for several years, told us our heater/AC quit working because the motherboard was bad. They said they would need to order a new one and the repair would be done in 2-3 weeks. After not hearing from the company for four weeks, and having not had any heat for the month of January, we called and learned the motherboard was back-ordered to April. We called Mason Air Conditioning and Heating, described the situation, and asked for a second opinion. They promptly came out, were able to diagnose the problem as a sensor in the wall unit and not the motherboard in the outside unit, and had the heater up and running in less than 24 hours and at a reasonable price. The technicians were excellent in all respects. We fired our former company and now will rely on Mason to get the job done correctly and timely.
