I cant say enough about the service I had. Louis Came out and gave us a great estimate. Louis explained what he saw and took to time to explain what he saw for someone who has no clue about ACs. Chris was my main install guy and Louis was here as well. Their professionalism and workman ship was great. I cant recommend these guys enough.

Toree came out and fixed a problem that multiple other companies couldn’t fix. I got one estimate that it was going to cost over $700 with replacing pistons and Freon on a system that is 6 years old. Something didn’t make sense. Glad they are around.

I was able to speak with one of their top technicians for a while. My wife and I also own a small Hvac company and understand the value or professionalism and being genuine, and John absolutely has just that! Great great person and it shows immediately. I promise if he is your tech you will not feel pushed or pressured into any sales.

Our air conditioner which is only 3 yrs old suddenly was not clicking on and it was so excrutiatingly hot in the house and our poor dogs were dying. I called on a sunday to a few other places and their costs were OUTRAGEOUS, like seriously even for someone to come and look was almost 100 bucks, then a friend recommended Louis from Mason air conditioning! THANK GOD! He was so kind, he came several hours earlier than anticipated, he figured out the problem quickly and fixed it for 1000 times more affordable than anyone else!! I AM NEVER ERASING HIS NUMBER! I highly recommend Louis and will make sure to recommend him to other friends and family! Thank you so much Louis!!!

I got multiple quotes for a new AC installation. Loius was by far the most thorough and very knowledgeable. His quote also beat all of the others. The installation was excellent. I won't use anyone else and I plan to recommend him to all of my commercial real estate clients. Highly recommend this company!
