These guys rock, pain and simple! I spoke with 5 different companies about replacing my broken A/C. Mason was the only one who spent the time to educate me and understand my needs. This company came out for no charge. They had to spend hours getting it to work again. The company we purchased it from wanted $37?.?? Just for a service call. They did a terrific job and we will definitely have them out again, if it's needed. ☺️

The fact that Mason doesn't charge for a service call is a testament that they aren't focused on taking your money, but rather on delivering quality work, honest service, and organic growth.

On one service call, they came and repaired my AC on time and on the first try. On a different occasion, I called them because I wanted a second opinion because a different AC company told me that I had a refrigerant leak and that it would cost $2K to fix. Mason thoroughly checked for leaks and found no issues, thereby saving me from unnecessarily spending $2K. On a third call, I asked them to install an Air Scrubber, and they not only installed that, but also optimized the settings on my thermostat so the AC runs more efficiently.

I trust their service and will use them for all future AC work.

This company gets my Service of The Year Award. Their after sales service was excellent and prompt, even 8 months after the installation.
Thank you to the kind and efficient lady who logged my appointment and communicated with text messages and a phone call; the technician who arrived the same day on time, and did the necessary work speedily and thoroughly.

Mike and Riley were very professional! They educated me every step of the way of exactly what the were doing! They respected my home. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and that my problem was fixed!
