Tory and Brad, techs from Mason Air have been exceptional in service. They have Courtesy, reached for repair in time and charged reasonable price. I would recommend to anyone who has AC issue. Tory and Brad went above and beyond in explaining the issue and how they fixed it.

Tory was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. My system had been poorly serviced by another company that installed it.
Tory fixed a complicated ongoing issue and I will use Mason Air conditioning from now on for all my rental units.

Wow. I cannot say enough good things about this company. On-time, responsive, they work clean, friendly, they really go the extra mile. We had a water main accident during a service repair, totally random, and owner Louis was up front about making it right. They repaired the problem, the drywall, and replaced the insulation no questions asked. Needless to say, Mason Heating and Air has a customer for LIFE! Thank you so much guys, contractors in Florida can be a dicey proposition, but you guys restored my faith. Kudos all around. Feels good to be recommending a place instead of warning people :) :) :)

I am a 25 year resident of St. Pete and can attest that this company is honest, prompt, professional and has fair pricing with senior discounts. MIKE AND ZACK WERE FABULOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. A prompt and painless replacement of my AC to 16 seer and it didn’t kill my pocket. I interviewed 8 comii on Angie’s, and the man who kindly went to his truck and brought me a powerful window AC unit to borrow, saved our pets and made the two days wait bearable. I looked at my notes on this experience and found that this company did in fact take a few hundred dollars off their original quote in order to be more competitively priced, but they also took off services in order to get to the revised quote. I realize that they did make the price more affordable for us, but it was a hassle and we ended up going with Delta-T HVAC because it was just more affordable and ultimately an easier experience. There was no bargaining needed, and they did everything we asked for and more. Mason HVAC seems to genuinely care, and I was impressed with the owner’s response to my critical review, which is why I am changing my review to reflect my new opinions. I too am sorry we could not get to an agreeable price, I would have liked to go with this company, and I’m very glad they stand behind their work. That is a very good sign.

Finally found a family owned company that I can trust. Communicates efficiently, professionally yet makes you feel like he's your neighbor helping you out, not a multi-service company that's going to take you for a ride leaving you frustrated and worse off. I was completely satisfied with all aspects from pricing, work ethic, personality, I can't give enough praise and will continue to have Mason Air Conditioning for my A/C, heat maintenance. They don’t talk a good job, they deliver one.
They are professional, punctual, and honest.

Those 3 attributes alone should persuade you to use their service, but in fact, it’s also what you DON’T get, like: half-truths, up-selling, or outrageous estimates because your system is not working correctly.

As an ex-A/C contractor from CA, I know quality. And it is more than apparent at Mason. When I have issues, I never hesitate to call them from 2600 miles away to solve any A/C problem I may have in FL.
I trust them, and I recommend that you do also. You will be glad you did.
