Louis was on time for the inspection and to bid the replacement of my AC unit. The guys that did the work were great and communicated everything well during the process and the bill was exactly as quoted...no surprises. I’d recommend them to anyone!

We did our research and saw how great Mason Air reviews were. We called and Louis came to give us a quote. He was respectful and punctual, arriving exactly when he said he would. He was extremely professional and thorough. I had several other companies come before him and none were as thorough. He gave us his quote which was better than the competitors. He explained everything in detail. He pulled permits and coordinated an inspection for when the job was finished. He was quickly able to return for the central AC removal and install. He was extremely considerate and covered and cleaned everything he worked on. He completed the job and the system works wonderfully! There were no surprises and everything was as he told us it would be. We will only ever use Mason Air. We are very particular and do a ton of research before hiring a professional. I can't say enough positive words about Mason Air Conditioning! We were looking to bring AC air into our enclosed lanai and there were various options we were considering - they were so knowledgeable about walking us through every option and very generous with their time, trying to explore most feasible approach. Most importantly, they are probably one of the most honest companies in the business we have ever dealt with. Louis has incredible integrity and Chris is so dedicated to making sure the work they do is at the highest standards. Honestly, if I could give 10 stars I would.

Amazing service! My AC unit went out and it was 20 years old. I had a couple companies give me quotes. Mason Air was located right here in Seminole which is a big plus in my book. Louis wanted to take a look at my AC because he explained that some companies dont even care to fix AC units anymore, they just want to sell new ones. He had my AC unit working for only $500! I had 3 previous companies come out and they all said that i needed a new one. And they were trying to charge me $8000! Mason air left me a price much more reasonable and affordable. When i do get my AC replaced, i know exactly who to call! Thanks Mason air! Y'all are the best!
