We wanted a mini split for our master to make it extra cold at night for sleeping without having to blast our central unit.

Zac and Bobby arrived early! (Loved it) And were very friendly and professional. They also were very helpful in setting up my Nest thermostat to sync with my phone. I definitely plan on using Mason Air Conditioning and Heat for all my service calls! Brad was also very great, he followed up with me and helped match my estimate from another company.

Updating this to specifically thank Mike who spent a considerable amount of time off the clock helping me get my ac unit going last night via text which in my opinion far exceeds the standard for great customer service. This was after Mike had been out within 2 hours of me calling in over the weekend which was a really fast turnaround. Also Brad who was out today and was able to diagnose and fix the unit even though it seemed to be running fine all night and all day upon his arrival. The care and diligence shown by both Mike and Brad is quite refreshing. With the company, every time I’ve reached out with an issue I’ve gotten same-day service and help, including employees willing to help out after hours when they aren’t on-call. Definitely a great company with a great team of techs!

Fast and courteous service, arrived earlier than they anticipated and had me back up and running very quickly. Great company that I have recommended to friends and family, definitely the best!

Mason AC had a technician at my property within 3 hours of my initial phone call, and the repair was completed in 1 hour. The technician, Brad, took the time to explain to me exactly what he was doing, and gave me options to consider. I will now sign up for their M.A.C.H 1 maintenance program.

Mason Air performed a high quality, first rate installation of my mini split AC. They were friendly, courteous and the finished product looked like professionals installed it. They cleaned up after themselves and I am very happy with the results.

Very friendly and informative they took the time to fully explain everything that was wrong; what they needed to do and then showed me all of the work that was done when they finished. I am very pleased with the new customer relationship I have developed with Mason Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. and its personnel. The front office has proven several times to be professional, quickly responsive and accommodating and the price for services are reasonable. Brad who is very knowledgeable and professional went through my heating system and was efficient servicing it and replacing parts. Accordingly, I purchased a maintenance package and look forward to enjoying heat and air throughout the year.
