Brad was very knowledgeable and did a thorough job of completing the bi-annual maintenance, and looking for the specific causes of the issues I was having. Unfortunately, the fixes were costly, but I’m glad I have a better idea of what’s going, why my electric bills are so high, and finally have some answers! It’s going to be a stressful process getting it all fixed, but knowing what needs to be fixed, and knowing Brad and Mason Air Conditioning know what they’re talking about, gives me peace of mind.

I had a leak in air handler, Jake came out and fixed. Unfortunately I didn’t have him check the guest room that backs up to the air handler and my guest room had water on the floor. Called them back, two technicians came out, cleaned everything up and didn’t charge me!! This company goes above and beyond!!!! Very pleased with their service!!!

I am very happy with the service. Terry was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. I had my main AC unit serviced and my mini-split cleaned from dust and any mold. Cleaning the mini-split wasn’t an easy task but Terry handled it with care.

We had an all new AC/Heating Unit installed when our old unit needed to be replaced. All of the staff from the office, repair/sales tech and install staff to the service manager were fantastic. They were helpful, knowledgeable, professional and kind. They worked quickly to get us up and running and get our house cooled down. They answered all of our questions and did and overall amazing job. We will continue to use Mason to service and maintain our new unit.

Our experience with Mason Air is second to none. Each time we have an interaction they exceed our expectations. Mike led the charge yesterday troubleshooting and solving our problem, with assistance from Riley, and delivered once again. Zach led the new air handler and condensing unit/heat pump the time before and also delivered above expectations. All staff have been professional, pleasant, and patiently took the time to explain the status of the HVAC Systems and answer any questions I asked. Service is always excellent, with staff that are efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and always go above and beyond the call of duty, we will not look beyond Mason.
