These guys did a great job! Called for preventative maintenance, they were very thorough and made a few reasonable repairs to help my unit run more efficiently. I appreciate that they took the time to explain everything to me. Professional, courteous & reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

I have had so many bad experiences with AC maintenance that I get apprehensive everytime I call them. They have taken me for thousands of dallars. Once an AC person convinced me to buy a new system because he said mine was not worth fixing. Another time an AC person wanted to replace my compressor but my AC was still blowing cold air. I have more but it would be too long. Thank god for honest people. I finally met a person whom I can trust to do my AC work and this is a big deal because we always need AC maintenance for our system and we don't want to pay an arm and a leg for a minimum price tag. Mark Pugliosa is great at what he does. He is very knowledgeable and a real professional. But I think his most important attribute is his honesty. I was expecting to pay a lot of money for his work but he didn't want to charge me anything because it was a simple problem. I know if I called one of those scammer AC person, and there are many of them, he would make this job worth $500.00 or more. I recommend you call Mark for any of your AC work. I would be surprise if you will not be completely satisfied with his work and honesty. He is the type of person I love to pay because he is good at his work, he is fair, and he won't gauge you. Thank you Mark for your great work. You are trully a people's servant. We need more people like you in the service business.

Had 2 other services come and recharge my Freon but could not find the leak but Air Conditioning Heat & Services of Tampa Bay had it pegged with the first 15 minutes! Solution applied with 20 minutes and I have been leak free for almost 6 months now. He is the MAN!

Mark and Diane are really great people, Mark has helped me in a bind twice now, on a Saturday both times to boot! I wish him the best with his new store front.
