Erica's Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Restoration

This is the second time we've used Nick Mathiot for our plumbing needs and we couldn't be more pleased with him. He is friendly and personable, but above all, professional. He installed a kitchen faucet for us and did a couple of other small plumbing repairs. We will most definitely used Erica's plumbing for our future needs, and in particular we'll ask for Nick again.

Joe (and the entire team, for that matter) is great! Could not have been more professional and responsive. I needed a leaking water tank to be replaced as quickly as possible - they were able to replace it the very next day! It's good to know that I have a company I will always be able to count on.

The technician Ryan was early to the appointment and did a great job. He was polite, professional and cleaned up thoroughly when done. The communication from the office was outstanding at all steps along the way. This was my first experience with Erica's Plumbing and it exceeded my expectations.

Sean and Evan did a great job. This company does the leak detection and repairs the leak. Appreciated their service. The people in the office we’re also very nice and helpful. Guess what..we have found a plumber we can use in the future…thank you

My 87 year old mother had an issue with her toilet. We called Erica’s plumbing as I had worked with them previously. They replaced a flapper and a fill valve and charged her $300 in May this year. At the time, I thought this was outrageous, but we let it slide. Now, we have the same issue with the same toilet. I am extremely displeased with this company. I would not recommend this company

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve had an ongoing issue for weeks where my AC is shutting off before reaching the set temp. They sent a tech out who told me there was no issue and sold me a maintenance contract for $250. Three days later the issue still persist and they sent the same tech out. He told me it was everything from a dirty filter to a ‘lizard’ scurrying around the outside unit. He then charged me the weekend rate AND also overcharged for a thermostat. I was assured it was dixed and that they would send someone out to ‘double check’ his work. They never send anyone. Flash forward to this weekend and my issue still persists AND they want another $100 for a tech to come out for the same issue they’ve failed to identify/fix. They’re also claim to be a 24/7 company, but I’ve called after hours and never hear until I call repeatedly. Don’t walk..run to another company. I’m now looking for a refund for my ‘maintenance’ contract and need to start over with a new company to fix the same issue.
