Ac drain was clogged late on a hot Saturday night. I called several companies because my regular one only had 1 person on duty and was 30 calls deep. Erica's was the only company that I called that was not only super responsive but they were the sole one willing to give me a reasonable upfront quote on the phone so there were no surprises or dickering around. Lucas arrived about an hour later and he was fantastic. Problem resolved. I'm not mad at my usual guys because they are great, but be warned: Erica's is going to make it hard to be faithful if your business is booming too much to handle your contract customers.

Amazing professionals, on time, super responsive, explained everything ahead and during the service. Would definitely recommend this company. Very satisfied with the service provided. Everyone in the crew was so polite and nice.

Outstanding communication and professionalism from staff. They are internet savvy - accepted order by chat. A free detailed estimate of the work required was provided. They updated me at each stage of the process with texts and emails. The installer was courteous and emailed me a picture of the completed work. One week later, they followed up to make sure that I was satisfied.

I cannot express my gratitude for the amazing work that Erica's provided to me and my upstairs neighbor. We had a leak that started a little over a month ago and used a company that our condo recommended. They did an awful job and misdiagnosed the problem and left. We repaired what that company misdiagnosed and a few weeks later had a large amount of water leaking again. I ended up finding Erica's from a google search and I am very happy that I chose them. They sent their leak detection Anthony P who within 10 minutes of being on the property found the leak and knew how to fix it. He provided a great explanation of what the leak was and the steps on how he was going to fix it. After the leak was fixed they sent a remediation tech Anthony C to set up the dry-out. Again I was given a great explanation of the process and was told about the equipment that was going to be used. Anthony C reached out a few times to check in while the dehumidifiers were in place to make sure everything was working as it should and promptly returned a call to me when I had a question a few days after they were put in. I also had Roland their AC tech look at my AC system and again he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had. I would 1000% recommend Erica's to any family, friends, or neighbors based on the techs I had here and the superior quality of work they performed. I also want to add that Tiffany was amazing at scheduling all the work and coordinating with not only me but my buildings association.

Came to our apartment after being away for a while and the showers weren’t working. Scheduled an appointment with Nick for 12-2 pm. I stated the urgency for it and he came at 11 which was about an hour after I called. Great service, explained everything he did and was super professional!

We've used Erica's Plumbing twice and will definitely use again. They're super responsive and have great technicians.

My mother was charged $329 to replace these 2 parts. They retail for less than $30. Plumber was there for less than 20 minutes.

Erika's Plumbing:. Easy appointment, crew was on time and very professional. They did a great job replacing a shower valve and bath sink valves.

Company repaired my kitchen floor slab leak, removed mold and rebuilt kitchen--the project lasted about 1.5 years. Going with one company seemed like a good idea to fix the slab leak and rebuild my kitchen under one contract...with water leaking all over my kitchen I signed the contract out of desperation to fix and ease--at best, I should have only fixed the slab leak, then shop around to do everything else.

The company is very OVER PRICED, very expensive for regular ordinary repairs or replacements when compared to other companies. Owner is very hard to work with and seemed to have anger tantrums, moods and took business issues personally, if anything didn't go her way--she has a BULLYING personality.

This company LIED to county inspectors to pass inspections and failed to apply for a plumbing permit, which would leave me holding the bag should something go wrong in the future; the project FAILED multiple county inspections for work they performed.

Most communications were done via email, even when I pleaded to speak to someone over the phone; and, if the owner seemed to have any issue with my concerns, I didn't get any responses from anyone or returned phone messages.

I DO NOT believe this company is good at restoration, they are over priced for their work, they have trouble passing county inspections and the company owner is extremely temperamental and great at pointing fingers at everyone and everything but not herself.

I had a challenging leak and Sean put me at ease right away when he gave me the estimate. He was very professional , confident and knowledgeable and scheduled the repair quickly. Sean and Nick worked together on the job and both were outstanding. They were actually early to the job, provided excellent communication and worked efficiently and neatly. They even organized restoration for the sheetrock where it had to be cut. I would use Erica's plumbing again in a heartbeat. Truly top-notch service.
