I'm very happy with my a/c services from Roland with Erica's Plumbing & A/C. Roland has come to my home several times for my a/c services and maintenance. Each time he has been very professional, friendly, on-time and extremely knowledgeable. I will request him again.

Weekend and our water tank busted... call Erica's Plumbing and Maria was very quick and efficient to arrange a damage assessment. Connor came out on time and assessed the leak, our tank was old and needed replacement. He got a new tank, did the install and got everything running again. Both Maria and Connor were very professional, quick and courteous. Great job, very satisfied!!

Don't use this company. They are hands down the most unknowledgeable plumbers I have ever had in my house. When asked if you need a permit for a water heater in Palm Bch Co, the technician flat out lied and said no as long as your putting the same size back in your home. Now we find out that is not the case. Other questions we had asked, now I find out the technician just didn't know. Pay the extra money and get piece of mind.

Edmond was professional , knowledgable and discussed the work needed to be done. Very thorough.

We used Erica’s company to finish a plumbing job on our house that is under renovation. Anthony, Connor, and Nick all handled the job and had it finished in 3 days. We are very pleased with the how everything turned out. I had great communication with Anthony throughout the whole process. Thanks again to everyone at Erica’s that helped us, they made the process that much easier.

This company was amazing specially if you get Roland Anderson as your technician. He did an amazing job on cleaning up the AC drain line. I had two people that tried to cleaned it before I contact this company and both couldn’t do it, it was so frustrated and one of them told me that I needed to add a new drain line along my roof and install a pump. I had not hopes on fixing my current drain line, but Roland came along and got it fix!!!! He told me that his trick was to “never give up”. I’m so happy that I found this company. Roland keep the good work!!!! Thanks a lot!!

I called this am and was worked in. Nick showed an hour plus early. He quickly assessed the issue. He had a lot of experience and knowledge. When he left we felt comfortable and relieved.

Hi these guys are excellent and organized, A+++. In one day they removed a mold issue we had, for months, from our Air handler closet. They contained the area, put in a new closet, treated the area, removed the air handler and put it all back so we could have A/C by the end of the day! They performed a miracle for us and we are so very grateful to them for their special kindness and caring! It goes without saying, to have A/C and clean air is so important in South Florida!!! THANK-YOU!!! THANK-YOU!!! I would like to give an extra special thanks to Paul, Anthony & Tiffany for being so extra kind and supportive to me personally. Paul taught me so much about mold and is truly, "the salt of the earth." Anthony has a "heart of gold" and would not leave until he knew my A/C was back up and running again, even after his work was done! Tiffany is a champion scheduler making all of this possible in one day for Mom and me!
