i Called Erica's because my AC was not working. I used them in the past for some plumbing updates, Fred did a great job with those. Eddy was sent to help with my AC problem. He was on schedule, very polite and did a professional job. I also like that he is a veteran like me. I will use them again for both plumbing and air conditioning issues.

Fred was a great technician!! He diagnosed the problem quickly when my kitchen faucet broke and gave me tips about purchasing a new one. He even showed me how to deal with the leaking faucet until I purchased the new one and he returned, so I wouldn't have a pool of water underneath the sink! Then, he came back and installed my new faucet and did an amazing job with it! I love my new faucet, and I especially love the fact that I don't have to wipe up water under the sink anymore. our toilet pump was continuously running and needed to be replaced. called up and made an appointment. since it wasn’t an emergency they came out in a reasonable amount of time. We met Plumber Ryan K who was very professional. he reviewed what repairs were needed and went right to work. very nice young man and our toilet is working perfectly. great job!

BEWARE!! Do yourself a favor and find another company. This one will just rob you.
When I made the appointment for leak detection and estimate for repair I was told there would be a price range up to $528 depending on how extensive the search would be. Not true! They charged top dollar to walk around taking pictures for 10 min and used nothing but a cell phone and tablet. Even the receipt states "tech will locate leak with electronic leak detection equipment & sonic leak detection up to 3 hours". The actual location of the leak wasn't even pin pointed but just narrowed down to within an 80 foot stretch.
When I called to discuss how unfair this price was , I was told the owner would be calling me back. Instead a "customer service rep' calls and says basically that the agreement was signed and nothing else can be done. I'm wasn't looking to get something for free but certainly a fair price for what was done. Someone walking around for 10 minutes using no detection equipment should never have cost anywhere near $500.

My other company, Diversified General Contractors used them. Outstanding, very professional and not a ripoff!

It’s almost impossible to find a plumber when there is an emergency, but Erica’s Plumbing came to the rescue! Nick came after hours and quickly diagnosed the problem. Although he wasn’t able to complete the job until the next morning, he instructed me as to what to do to prepare for the repair. He was prompt, knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. Also, Maria in the office was very helpful and efficient, letting me know of updates promptly. I am very impressed with this company and would not hesitate to call them in the future. Job well done!!
