Vinny & Terrance were our plumbing experts - they were friendly, efficient, and very good at repairing our unexpected plumbing issues. In the midst of a stressful situation they were reassuring and kind. They called in a restoration expert, Paul, who came in tonight as well. The team explained everything & resolved our leak as well as the damage it caused. We are very impressed with the excellent level of service everyone provided, and we definitely look forward to working with your team in the future.

We had to have Erica's Plumbing come out because we had a leak that we couldn't locate. We called this morning & they promptly advised that they would be to our residence by 2pm today. They called at 11am & advised that they would be able to come earlier.

The two gentlemen that came were absolutely wonderful. They were very professional and advised us each step of the way until they located the leak. They repaired the leak.

These two gentlemen were professional, neat & cleaned up and took away all the debri.

I called Ericka because we needed several old faucets replaced as well as having our home checked for polybutylene pipes. We had used Ericka’s before and we’re very happy with the services we received. We requested the same plumber, Connor, and he arrived at the promised time. Connor was once again clean cut, in uniform, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained the services he was providing in a manner I could understand and was very professional. I am very happy with this company and will call them again should the need arise.

I have no clue how this company has such great ratings. They don't deserve it, that's for sure! Took about 6 months to get my bathroom complete. Communication with them was absurd. We called to speak with Erica multiple times to see what was going on, I even showed up at their office but she would not speak to us. Still have not gotten a return call. Our bathroom is now complete but done poorly. They tiles around shower are cracked. They installed a toilet seat that is smaller than the toilet. They wanted us to go after our insurance which we did not want to do and had to be the middle men to get Erica's plumbing to come down on their quote and insurance come up on theirs. They did send yummy cookies once was all complete but I'm telling you don't use this company for any type of work. Even a leak the plumber came to fix left it on leaking into our kitchen again. The reason we called them out to begin with. They also get you to sign all this paperwork so that you have to use them or have to pay them even without using them. Evan handled our claim which he was nice but more of a yes man and not get the job done.

We have used your company in other years and knew we'd have prompt and good service this month. In the short time we were in Florida recently, plumbers Connor and Pedro as well as Chris A. and Ryan F., Ac techs, were at our apartment. All three were prompt, very helpful, kind and thoughtful. We think highly of them and appreciate their help and your company, We would happily recommend you to anyone needing your services.

I would highly recommend Erica’s plumbing to anyone who needed help with leak detection, a plumbing issue and/or help with mold. Luckily, we only ended up needing the leak detection, but all 3 were a very real possibility and I had 2 techs from Erica’s Plumbing come to fully assess our issue. Both techs (Anthony and Paul) were on time for their appointments and called when they were on their way. Both techs were knowledgeable, thorough, and most importantly, honest about what they saw & what other potential issues there may be. They took their time and answered any and every question we had-we were beyond pleased and grateful for the service (& education!) they provided. In regards to office/admin part of service, from scheduling to arrival, Erica’s Plumbing’s communication was excellent & detailed- you knew exactly when to expect the technician, what to expect when they got there (regarding COVID precautions they would take) and also who would be coming to your home. They also offered to work with our insurance on our behalf, if needed. From start to finish, Erica’s Plumbing exceeded our expectations and we will most definitely use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future. Excellent company. Excellent service.
UPDATE: Used Erica's plumbing again, 9 months after original review, to fix a leaking toilet. Same excellent customer service. Job was completed quickly and efficiently. No complaints.

We had a clogged sink drain which we tried to snake unsuccessfully so Connor recommended pressure equipment. Dakota and Terrence came the next day with the machine and tools needed to free the line and clean it all the way to the main sewer. Evan showed up and helped with the process which made it quicker. The guys were prompt, professional and answered all my questions. I recommend this company for the quality of work and character of the employees.

Pedro came by this morning to help with a lack of water flow to my kitchen faucet. His communication was great! I received a text from Erica's ~30m prior to arrival & Pedro also called me directly. He was on time, professional, & friendly. I learned a thing or 2 through the process & he made sure I understood what was going on. He's also rather funny & he put up with my very curious cat. Would 10/10 recommend!

My usual plumbing company wasn't able to send anyone for an after hour outside gushing water leak. They suggested Erica's Plumbing. The dispatcher was quick to take my information and get back to me with not only an ETA of the plumber coming but his picture, a short bio, along with assuring news that he was background checked and drug tested. But wait, there's more! There was a tracker so I could check on the plumber's distance.

"Benny" Vincent Lagasi, quickly assessed the situation and gave me an estimate before starting. I thought oh boy, an older lady along, he will try to over sell me. Wrong! He discovered that my house water cut off didn't include the hose bib that had, well exploded so the estimate was adjusted.

He quickly took care of the problem, applied coupons, presented me with the bill, and was done, cleaned up, and gone in a flash. My dad had a plumbing company up north when I was young. Benny reminded me of his kind, friendly workers. Thank you Benny. I will call and ask for you by name the next time I need a plumber.

I wish I could give Erica's Plumbing zero stars. They were the worst company we have ever used. They sent a ten-year experienced technician to snake my house and then use a camera to investigate the problem. He took videos and pictures but was unable to determine the exact issue since nothing was visible on the camera. Despite this, they charged us a staggering $11,000 and gave an estimate of $8,000 without even knowing the exact problem, which we found ridiculous. We called Fast Plumbing for a second opinion, and they fixed the problem in just two hours. The issue was that our pipes were clogged and needed cleaning, something Erica's Plumbing apparently didn't know how to do. I highly recommend Fast Plumbing, the best company ever. Our experience with Erica's Plumbing was terrible.
