Technician scheduled for between 10 and noon, showed up at 10:10. That, in itself, sets a high bar and as always, Erica's did a great job all around. A pleasant and responsive phone experience and a thorough and professional fix to our problem from Lucas made it a pleasure to have our AC fixed. Highly recommend.

Nick M. professionally resolved my toilet issue and was very respectful of my home. He also freely provided some good information on how to improve the water pressure in my shower and better maintain my toilets. Really appreciate the service overall.

Erica’s plumbing helped with a major insurance claim involving my master bath, closet and bedroom. I had a large back up caused by cast iron pipes and they assisted from the first back up to the entire remodel of the entire master where water damage was. The work they did was excellent and as quick as possible given the not so fun insurance process. Highly recommend them.

They were very professional from the initial phone call making the appointment to the actual work performed. Fred was very professional, courteous, punctual and knowledgeable. The cost for removing and installing the shower tower was very reasonable. I will definitely use Erica’s Plumbing in the future.

I had a leaking pipe in my garage, and Sean and his apprentice came out to take care of it. He explained to me exactly what they were going to do and completed the job in the anticipated time frame.
A little while later, I noticed moisture on the garage floor and was worried another, unrelated leak had sprung up (the pipes he worked on were still exposed and bone dry, so it wasn’t coming from the previous work). I called him again, and he and his dad Jamie (a flooring determined that it was just a “sweating”, unfinished concrete slab instead of a several-thousand dollar additional job, much to my and my wallet’s relief!
I can’t thank Sean enough for his knowledge, expertise and most of all, integrity for not attempting to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I highly recommend Erica’s Plumbing and Sean, and would absolutely call them again!

Pedro was on time, professional, and walked me through every step of his process inclusive of inexpensive methods to avoid a similar future problem. No reason to go with any other company as we used them once 5 years ago as well.
