Frank and his team have been handling my AC systems for 8 years. I have commercial properties as well as several residences. They have installed new units each time analyzing my specific needs for each property. All installations were done above my expectations.

Another plus for D.A,C is their price I never have to worry about what I'am going to pay!! up front pricing is there thing meaning when Frank gives you a quote that is what you are going to pay I have never been blindsided and for a builder that is key.

We were using another company for the service of our commercial units and always felt like something was off. After one visit with Francisco and his team we found we were right. They came in and fixed everything and we couldn’t be happier. Before they even started anything they took the time to clearly explain what was wrong and gave us options that were affordable and made sense. We decided to go with direct cooling after speaking with the AC companies. One company wanted to sell us a bigger unit and Direct Cooling explained why that would not work. They answered all questions and were looked at the interior of the home and attic before quoting us which the other companies did not. Extremely professional!!!
