Frank from Direct Cooling was referred to me by a good friend. Both she and her mother have used Frank's services for years. I recently had 2 a/c units installed in my rental units. The units are great, and everything went smoothly including Frank's follow up on the inspection, permitting and so forth. His employees are respectful, professional and qualified. Frank has also maintained my very old unit at my house. It will be time for a new unit soon. I will be calling Frank because of his promptness (very important when you have no a/c in Florida), honesty, fair pricing and the quality of his work. I feel that Frank has my best interest at heart and I will continue to trust his recommendations and work when it is time to purchase a new unit for my home!

This company is always professional. When they set a date and time they arrive promptly. Used them in the past and will continue to do do. And they aren't outrageously priced nor do they try and sell or do something that isn't necessary.

I NEVER take the time to fill out surveys or reviews. I'm simply to busy and if I have extra time I will not waste it on filling out a survey. However, this case is the exception!

I have elderly parents who's AC went out on them. Obviously, it needed to be repaired quickly. A friend had recommended Direct Cooling but I could not find their number when I needed it. One company came out and told my dad it was the condenser. The cost $600 give or take. Another company told my dad it was the compressor. The cost $1800 give or take. I finally found Frankie's number at Direct Cooling and he was out here the next day. No BS, just a straight forward explanation as to why it stopped working and the explanation made sense, unlike the other 2 companies. The job was done that day and my parents did not have to go another night in this ridiculous heat! These guys are on time, honest and do what they say they are going to do. My parents could have gotten taken advantage of and I never would have known it. DIRECT COOLING IS GREAT!! Call them first and don't waste your time with other companies!!

Had excellent experiences with Frank and his company Direct Cooling. He has taken care of problems at my commercial building and a new system and duct work at my home and at my children's homes.
