If I could give 10 stars I would and i felt the product he used is of quality with excellent ratings and warranty. They did not leave a mess behind and protected my towels and other items from getting very dirty which is very awesome! I am a very satisfied customer! Thank you Direct Cooling!

I called Direct Cooling to service my a/c, specially the drain line that seemed to be clogged. The serviceman showed up on time, was very detailed in checking the whole system, including the thermostat, drained the line and waited until the system was working without issues. He was also very pleasent taking the time to explain things and answer my questions. Very good experience.

I wish all businesses made it this easy. Very responsive and easy to work with. Excellent advisory, I didn't purchase anything I didn't need. They said they would be here at 9:30 AM, they arrived at 9:31 AM; very punctual. Very polite.

My job was replacing our condenser unit, repairing ductwork, and maintenance on our existing air handler.

They were in and out quickly, cleaned up after themselves, overall it was an outstanding experience. I highly recommend these guys.

Frankie is very professional and polite, his team called me right away to schedule an appointment for the following day. Fernando came to my house and fixed the issue with my AC in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable, punctual, honest, polite, pleasant, and respectful. Fernando is a good listener, he has integrity, he is very attentive to our concerns. My husband and I spoke to Amanda over the phone, she is very professional, courteous and patient. She takes her time to go over the different plans for AC maintenance. Came home from vacation on a Saturday afternoon to the house 15 degrees warmer then it should be. They got a tech here within the house and repaired within the next hour. House is cooling off already, tech was knowledgeable and informative and the owner even stopped by to check in. 100% recommend.

Was having a cooling issue. Was recommended Frankie at Direct cooling from a friend in the contracting business. When I called he was able to get a tech ( Fernando) out the next morning. He was very polite, efficient and explained everything he was going to do. He checked the entire system including the Freon levels. Said system was older however in decent shape and only needed Freon at this time! Ok, great to hear...did not make up and up sell all kinds of extras. Did mention that when we were ready to upgrade the system that they would be able to help me and have great deals. The system is older and we are in Florida so who knows how long my current system will last, when it does go I WILL be calling Frankie

Excellent service and professionalism, I could not have asked for better service. The two men who responded were extremely polite and very professional. They went above and beyond to make sure that both of my AC units were running properly and efficiently. I would recommend Frank & Direct Cooling to absolutely anyone that needs new air conditioning or repairs to existing units. Unbelievable and amazing service !

This company came favorably recommended by several friends so I had the bar set high. Fernando arrived promptly. He was courteous and very knowledgeable.
