Fernando was prompt and very knowledgeable. He checked all aspects of my AC and stayed until everything was working at its peak. He cleaned up and very polite.

I had been calling a few places to have some someone come check out my AC that wasn’t keeping up with the thermostat setting during the days with the summer approaching. Direct Cooling was recommended to me by some of my neighbors so I gave them a call. Within 5 hours I had someone at my house to check out the AC. Frank was timely, professional and courteous while at my home. Frank even took the time to educate me on the AC unit and ways to keep it running more efficient and tips for maintaining it on my own. Frank at Direct Cooling Installed my new A/C. From the beginning all work performed as promised in a timely manner. Very responsive and the quality of their service is amazing. I had a few problem after the installation (unit problems) but Frank was always available day and night! Frank is extremely knowledgeable! Direct Cooling was absolutely wonderful to work with. They answered all my calls, followed up with the proposal, came out and did the work when they said they would and there were no hidden charges. Frank, Robert and the other 2 installers were super nice, very informative. They even cleaned up before they left. I can't say enough positive things about this experience. Direct cooling did a great job installing our air conditioning unit in record time. We have a therapy center for children with autism and we cannot operate without air-conditioning. The other companies told us it would take a week to get this installation completed and direct cooling get it in one day. Just incredible how they do everything they promised and more.
