Direct Cooling

Direct cooling came out to service my AC unit, they tried everything they could to fix my issue but because my unit was 17 years old I needed a new one. Fernando, Ricky, and Frankie have shown me great Customer service, fair pricing, and very fast communication. We will definitely use them again!

Direct Cooling completed preventative maintenance on my HVAC unit yesterday, 9/22/22. Again they process was smooth and professional. Amir Gomez performed the maintenance. He showed up on time and was very friendly and his expertise was obvious. He was courteous and efficient and informed us about the job completed and shared with us important hints to keep the system working properly. This was the third maintenance service on my system and we were delighted. Direct Cooling is a company with high standards and do things right. I will continue to use Direct Cooling for all my air conditioning needs, This company is excellent and can be trusted.
On December 26, 2022, the heater stop working. I called for repair service and initially they tried to troubleshoot the system by phone but was not possible. Next day by 12 noon Amir Gomez came and fixed the problem. He was friendly, competent and efficient. Direct Cooling provides an outstanding service and products. I trust this company and recommend it highly.
On March 7, 2023, Amir Gomez provided regular maintenance to the A/C system and repaired a leak. The work was completed expeditiously and to our satisfaction. Direct Cooling is an amazing company with well trained, dedicated employees. It represents a great example of how a service company should operate. We are delighted to be one of its customers and wish Direct Cooling continued success.
On March 14, 2023, Direct Cooling replaced my water heater. Amir Gómez completed the job. Again, the job was done efficiently and with expertise. Direct Cooling is a great company, and we recommend it highly for all your A/C and heating systems needs.
Thermostat adjustments of the water heater were done yesterday by Frank Rey and the system is working great. We trust Direct Cooling and recommend it highly.

Direct Cooling was prompt and responsive. They took care of the one installation problem that occurred as soon as I brought it to their attention, and we have had no problems since then. Amanda made sure the inspection was done quickly and Frank double checked the entire installation beforehand so the inspection went smoothly. I can highly recommend Direct Cooling.

Very knowledgeable; professional and polite, he was able to troubleshoot the issue right away, what other company guy couldn't find after all diagnosis. Explained it very well and fixed it fast, did all the necessary tune up, and made it work to perfection.

These guys are great! The process was very smooth, from getting the quote to the actual installation. The installation crew was very knowledgeable and put in the time to keep me informed of all the steps that were being done. Would definitively keep working with them.

Awesome customer service, the technician really went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Direct Cooling. They even cleaned my washable filter and cleaned up the water on the floor while dealing with my low Freon issue. Very impressed.

Response was immediate, problem troubleshot ( tripped capacitor from lightening) & repaired….up and running in no time.
