Arrive home after extended absence on Sunday afternoon, and found heat pump down. Called Charlie's Tropic around 4, they responded around 6......up and running by 7 Great service!!! Could not have performed better.
Friendly, prompt, competent.

So far so good.
After hectic several weeks with 2 other companies. I. was frazzled.
Got a referral to Charlie's & called.
Patrick was very patient & helpful.
Daniel arrived within hours, On Time.
Found a problem caused by previous person
Got unit running properly.
Is following up in few days to reassure me everything is OK.
Professional, knowledgeable, thorough.

Sunday service call for an AC issue that he was very quick to respond, and set up an appt within the hr. At the house he did a great job of explaining the issue, what was needed to repair, and what to expect later in the Summer. I truly appreciate his honest dealings...could have charged us whatever he wanted, but he was straightforward with an relatively inexpensive fix to keep us cold. Also recommended some duct reconfigs for more efficiency when it comes time to replace the unit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Charlie has been our heat and ac guy since we moved into this house 20+ years ago. We have a complicated system with various zones and even different types in some areas. We recently had an issue that was difficult to pinpoint, but they kept coming back until it was right. Everyone is professional and responsive. We really appreciate their service!

I walked in to my business today and it was clear the ac unit was not working. The units were set on 73 and it was 82 degrees inside. I called Charlie's at 3pm and Daniel was out by 4pm! I'm so thankful that they were able to come out so quickly and fixed my issue in record timing. Daniel showed me where the problem was and gave me tips on what to do if it happened again. Customer service was top notch!
