Charlie's Tropic Heating & Air Conditioning

We have been using Charlie's to service our two old HVAC units for a number of years & have always been satisfied. However when we had a significant failure with our system, they quickly responded providing us with a fair quote and quick turnaround. Our two new units were installed in a professional and prompt manner. Special shout out to Ronnie, Adam and Dylan who, despite the intense heat on the day of the installation, worked extremely hard and were very professional and pleasant. Excellent service!

Recommend for investors as well as home owners. Charlie's Tropic is great company to work with. Superb service starting from top down. Our sales rep (Chris Johnson) is an example how to work with customers. He was always on time for our appointments, took his time to explain what's the best for our requirements, and found a good system to install. We had a brand new installation of the whole system. Our lead technician Steve did a superb job designing ducts and installing everything. Thanks to correct system our electrical bill are much smaller than they could be with less efficient system. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Bottom line - Charlie's Tropic Heating & Air Conditioning is excellent company to work with for investors and homeowners alike.

I’ve been using Charlie’s for about 10 years at 2 different homes. I’ve always had great service from them and they go above and beyond to make sure the job is buttoned up completely and answer all questions thoroughly. Very knowledgeable with the current HVAC tech. Ronnie and James replaced my system this time and stayed until almost 7pm to get it all back together and make sure the house was back comfortable.

Very excited to get our three, yes, three, HVAC units serviced and vents cleaned. Ronnie & Dylan were exceptional. We really appreciated how through they were with the service. We've used Charlie's Tropic twice now for installations. Both times the actual installers were great and we're satisfied with the finished product as well as their professionalism. We had some hiccups during this install (water lines & drywall) which also added a day to the install, then supply issues added a few more to button everything up. During all of this the sales/project lead failed to reach out and apologize or even provide basic customer service regarding inconvenience, delays, eta, etc. Having said that they were quick to send the bill. These days its the simple things that set similar vendors apart and they dropped the ball in our case.

I had a very helpful service from Randy. I had a few extra questions and spoke with Josh. Both service technicians were very knowledgeable and patient with me. The whole process was great, from the start Patrick got me scheduled quickly and was very professional and friendly. I use Charlie's Tropics Heating & Air exclusively for multiple properties and have suggested them to other family and friends, and will continue to.

Chris Johnson and service techs Ronnie and Adam were fabulous! Very professional and courteous. Replaced our whole system the very next day within a few hours, despite the virus protocol restrictions. They used gloves and very tidy. The office manager very nice, patient, and professional as well. I highly recommend Charlie’s Tropic Heating & Air, and will use them for all my a/c needs!

Great, quick, honest service!! I was so happy when they suggested a years worth of air filters, especially since we have an odd size. They had them in stock and even dropped off the box for free the next day!! We will definitely use Charlie's Tropic again in the future!!

I was introduced to Tropic about 12 years ago when we were renovating our home and needed a new HVAC system. They listened to what I wanted and the installation went so smoothly that I contracted with them for annual maintenance of all three units in our home. They respond quickly when we have a problem (usually the same day). The staff in the office and the technicians that come are always friendly and courteous. They are knowledgeable and always explain everything in a manner that I can understand. I have recommended Tropic and will continue to strongly recommend them. They are honest, ethical and do an excellent job!!
