Tim Flynn recently serviced two HVAC Systems at my home and my adjoining property during the normally scheduled semi-annual Spring Inspection. My Trane unit operated erratically with an intermittent "On/Off" Cooling Cycle. Tim patiently diagnosed the problem and replaced a defective circuit board, which fortunately was on the Service vehicle for immediate repair under warranty. The driver of your company van keeps driving down our private drive five or six times a day to get to where he's staying, even after he's been told it's private property and to use his own entrance! I just had my garbage out to take to the street and he pushed it out of the way to get by. Way to represent your business.
