Charlie's Tropic Heating & Air Conditioning

We had our ac at our business act up and put in a service call, they came out the next day and it was a simple issue for them to solve, the drain line was clogged. They suggested we sign up for a maintenance plan that would include this service in the future at a very reasonable rate per year. Did not have to think about it at all. We are now under contract and will call for any other issues that may come up. Thank you for the fast and professional service.

They did a good job on my new unit, Brent and Tim are excellent. However, I would not recommend them for any kind of service to your existing heating/AC. I would say that I "use to be a loyal customer," but that changed recently when they did a warranty repair. $200.00 for something that was covered under warranty. Over the top gouging.

I woke up without heat this morning and called the emergency number. The outside temp was 32 and the inside was 63. They got here before noon and fixed us within 30 minutes. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They stand by their products and service and provide exceptional care to their customers. Considering this was a Saturday morning with no delay inservice I was more than impressed as I always am with Charlie and his exceptional crew!

Ronnie, Steve and Dylan did a superb job installing a new Heat Pump in our house. Very competent and left no mess. Will definitely use again!

Charlie' Tropic came to the rescue after a not so reputable HVAC company (assigned through a home warranty company)created a problem with our system. Daniel was honest, open and did a thorough inspection before diagnosing the problem. The he fixed it. This is why as a consumer I want to choose who works on things in my house.

Charlie's was recommended by a friend and we would, without hesitation, do the same.

Fantastic service. We called at 5 on a Tuesday after we forgot to deal with this until our tenant came home from work. Steve was there within 15 minutes!! He diagnosed the problem and improvised a short cut as a special part was needed ( he overrode the heat option in May ). He explained that when the part comes in, they will call us and come back to make the system fully functional. We got the standard charge diagnostic bill the next day. I called with a CC# and was done. Effortless

The estimate from Scott was the best I received, and he understood what I wanted to achieve with the system. The installers were able to come out in a couple of days and were finished in about 2.5 hrs. I was very pleased with the price and service.

HVAC was not working, naturally it happened on a Friday. Charlie's Tropic came same day. They had to pick up a part first thing Monday morning and were at my house by 8:30 am to install it. Great courteous service. Would highly recommend.
