My earlier review is updated. ACR Sales and Service refunded the overcharged portion of the repair cost and the service charge since the diagnostic service was not completed, nor did the technician advise me of the cost of the repair prior to making it. The owner of the company contacted me personally and resolved the matter to my satisfaction. 4 stars for my overall experience.

I was in need of maintenance for my AC unit, the technician was knowledgeable and explained the work needed. He made me feel as if he was genuine and did not try to rip me off as the previous repair man tried to do....Thank you for the service and I will be using them again!!!

Facio diagnosed and and replaced capacitor which was the problem. Also added R22 as the system was a little low. ACR was quick to respond as I have a service agreement with them..Thanks a bunch, cool again.

Horrible experience! ACR came out in May and put in a dye pack to look for a leak in our system because our system wasn't cooling. They said they would call back to schedule a tech to come out and diagnose the problem, but they never called. We called back last week, in June, because our A/C wasn't cooling again. The technician came out and said he couldn't find the leak. He left. Later that day our A/C was still not cooling. I called back and was told they needed to send somebody out to do an estimate. In the meantime, somebody would have to come out an put more coolant in the A/C unit. This at a cost of $180. This is the 3rd time ACR has had to refill the coolant. And we are still left with no resolution. I was told somebody would be out between 10-12 the following day to diagnose a fix. Even after expressing our frustration and disappointment with their service, they did not put us on the schedule. We are still left with no resolution and stood up again by ACR. We will be going elsewhere to find better service. If you have time and money to waste, and looking for frustration and a hot house, choose ACR.

I have used this company for years. As an out of state rental property owner, it is VERY comforting to know that this company has my back.
We came to ACR for a second opinion years ago and have never left. The first company ( which i wont name) told us we needed a whole new system {6000 bucks!!}. ACR actually diagnosed the real problem and fixed the real issue for about 600 bucks. WHEW! They have earned my trust and we will use them for the rest of our A/C service needs. The prices are fair and I have yet to be "up-sold" any non needed services or products.

I appreciated the detailed estimate I received because, while another quote I had gotten was a little cheaper, it didn't include the items you would expect to be replaced on a 30-year-old system. ACR's quote did. The work was completed promptly and I am very satisfied with the results.
