These technicians are excellent and well supplied. Having a Hospice family member patient at home made for an urgent situation, with internal temperatures rising into the eighties. ACR had a technician with a well stocked industrial service van at our residence, though it was a Friday evening. Diagnostics were completed within 20 minutes and repairs were completed leaving the system in better condition than before.

Had a very good experience with ACR. Wanted to have some annual maintenance done as we heat up in the summer and I know our AC unit would be more stressed out here in FL. I called other companies at the start of the summer and was told there’d be no availability until mid-July. Called ACR and was told they could have someone out in less than a week. The technician was very professional and honest. Did not push products or services on me. Came and did exactly what we wanted, an AC inspection and tune up. Did a nice job cleaning and giving advice on how to prevent problems to need to call them. It was great to set up a relationship with this company and if I need repair work in the future I’ll call them for sure.

Your company would come in to put unit in, yet you cannot do my ducts in the attic. They are crushed need replacing and it's summer.
I was not even given a return phone call to atheist discuss the pricing on anything. Very unprofessional manner. The driver was pleasant, but company policy being unable to put ducts in leaves me upset.

ACR installed my A/C unit approximately 12 years ago and I have had maintenance performed twice each year ever since. Everyone from the office staff I deal with over the phone to the technicians who perform the service in my home are top notch - the best!!! Truly an impressive company.

The company quickly answered my initial phone call on a Saturday afternoon about my air conditioner not working. The technician was at my house within a hour. He was able to diagnose the problem, had the appropriate repair parts on hand and was able to fix the problem within a hour and had the system functioning like new. He also checked the freon level and made sure everything else was functioning properly.
I was well pleased with how quickly they were able to respond to my house and get my air conditioning system working again at a real reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend
them to anyone who needed repair work completed on their air conditioning system.

The staff and technicians at ACR are the best. My old air conditioner blew out and I needed a new one. Mike Sr. and Mike Jr. the owners are hands on people who care about their customers and pay attention to details, listen and discuss appropriate solutions . The key to a successful installation is the right type of air conditioner and the age and construction of the building. Todd with years of experience knew exactly how to wire the 2 stage AC unit in an older building and did so with precision and ease. I was amazed just how much knowledge came with my installation to create the perfect solution with the air handler, condenser and wiring. I have had Jack as my technician for several years and he is just the nicest, friendly and patient guy I know. He always has a smile. It's nice to see a company "work as a team" to create solutions for their customers. The new air conditioner works great and the humidity levels inside my unit are back to normal now. I trust this company based on their "good word" "actions" and "results". Most of all..... It was really fun to be part of this team as a customer to describe my air conditioning problem and watch the solution take hold. Thanks again to ACR for being there for me!!!!

Paid regular diagnostic fee; however, after the diagnostic I was told that my motor went bad. I understand that machinery goes bad, but I just $1000 to replace the same motor in 2018. Now I’m told I have to purchase another. So, I asked I’m I suppose to pay for a new modem every 2-3 years. So, I called Trane was told nothing to do with replacement motors. Then I call ACR back who originally sold me the Trane and installed and serviced it since 2004. I was told the motor had a year warranty, which I don’t recall being told that, but nevertheless I paid $1000 and now I’m told I need a new Motor. ACR owner is working with me and I hope for the best, because this has been a really good company over the years.

ACR came to fix and repair our A/C unit, Jonathon was very courteous and knowledgeable/informative while working on the unit. He explained his whole process of eliminating all sources of the problem and was able to satisfactory restore the unit to a like new status. I am very pleased with his work and our unit is working as it should. No more sweating inside :-)

I purchased a new Trane unit 18 months ago. Unfortunately the system turned out to have a mechanical issue. Nothing major but ACR handled every inquiry in less than 24 hours. After the fifth incident of a similar issue they arranged with the manufacturer to have a new unit installed. 18 months after initial installation and I never had an out of pocket expense! Best customer service I have received. I highly recommend them to anyone needing AC work. Keep up the good work! Customer for life!
