We have know Mike for many years and always treated us right. I find ACR extremely honest and above board. They kept our 14 year old AC running well beyond it's life with very small and inexpensive repairs. When it came time for a new unit, he gave us the best deal in town. My whole family uses ACR including my 83 year old mother.

Excellent sales and service! Needed a replacement AC unit and the owner Mike Torres presented options that were very competitive to what we had already received from other companies who only marked up their price just to offer some deep discount like they were doing you a favor! Decided on a Trane XV20 and couldn't be more pleased with the performance! ACR even coordinated the additional work to have the ducts cleaned prior to the installation of the new unit.
The installers, Jack and Mike, were professional and courteous and competed the installation in one day, including hauling away the old system. Can't help walking by the Comfort Link thermostat just to see the lower speed the compressor is running! The unit is extremely quiet also! I've already recommended ACR to a couple of friends who are looking to replace their units soon. Thanks!

Finally someone fixed our AC! Three companies has been dealing with it before and nobody knew what’s the problem. Reyes came on time, was knowledgeable and very polite. Diagnosted the units and found the issue. It took Reyes less than an hour to solve the problem which took 3 other companies 2 weeks without any results. Emergency call out. Jack arrived in 30 minutes or so. He repaired the problem very quickly. Thank you so much, my parents live with us they are 94 yrs old and can't deal with the heat. These guys with ACR are great.

The issues with my air conditioning started two weeks ago, so I called ACR Sales and Service because of their PAST PERFORMANCE. I was content to wait for 2 days in the heat because I'd trusted them in the past. They came out to replace a blown capacitor for $200 and the AC seemed to run better, not as it had before. So I called them again and they charged $79 for a diagnostic call and still found nothing. I talked to Dan in their service department and they agreed that the cooling was not as effective as it needed to be. Dan said he'd have the scheduler set up another call at no charge. That was three business days ago and I've heard nothing. After running the AC all day today at 74 degrees I came into a house at 84 degrees on a day where it was 89 degrees out. So I've left another message. So much for purported quality of services.

Heat unit of system stoooed working. Texhnition consulted with manufacturer to verify his suspicion of what was wrong. Part ordered and was installed today, less than a week from first call
