ACR is awesome, Ive been using them for years and they have always been terrifi!!!

Ryan came out first thing in the morning and made sure my system was in much better repair before calling it quits. He made sure I had full information on everything g he was doing and gave me some good options for future plans with no pressure. I'll definitely use these guys again!

The technician (Jack) was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He located the problem promptly and fixed it. He was also friendly and polite. We need more people like him! Btw, Jack explained the problem to me but as to the services listed, I have no idea which one it was. He fixed it...all I really cared about! Thank you Jack!

Used ACR refrigeration for a new Mitsubishi 18,000 btu mini split system.

Josh and John did the install and they were beyond professional, paid attention to detail and didn't miss anything.

From the line set install which was over 20 ft. vertical run to the second-floor room to making sure everything was straight and even put expandable foam at penetration to keep the bugs out.

Our A/C unit was not working and had completely shut off. Tech Jonathan came out on a Sunday to diagnose our AC issue. He was gracious, friendly, and very knowledgeable about our specific concerns. He had our system running in no time and further explained our next steps for a future issue. Great job!

ACR and their technician Jack was exactly what I needed and they delivered it fast, easy and at a fair price. I’m a fairly technical person so I am usually sensitive to being upsold things I don’t need or being charged high prices for easy things.
