Very tight to maneuver with a tractor trailer. We were told to go the straight way around the back instead of trying to make the hard right at the front. Unloaded very quickly.

I had a controller that was reset and reprogrammed on a unit. I called tech support to get a little more information that I could use when trying to see it through the BMS. I asked my question and was given A LOT of sass as if I should have known the answer already. He proceeded to tell me what I needed and how to fix the issue. After he was done talking, I had expressed that I was pleased to hear the answer. I began asking a follow up question and half way through me asking I was hung up on and NOT called back. If there is going to be tech support than they have to work on their customer relations has this has deterred me from ever wanting to call again. I would much rather struggle through an issue than call back.

After Leo went out seem to be pretty slow to been loaded, Already been here for more that 2 hours…last time was kind of the same even when I get here early in the morning.

delivery at 7:00 a.m. and pickup at 9:00 a.m. cool

It a good place to work, they help people who are struggling to get back on track they build some awesome AC units I've been here 3 years some days are difficult but that life I would recommend addison for all your commercial AC NEEDS

Heard from numerous employers and can speak from experience that they don’t treat employees with any dignity, integrity or respect. They will fire you for going to HR and putting a formal complaint towards a colleague who was for years disrespectful and used derogatory comments on a daily basis. I don’t recommend this company.

It's where I spend 50 plus hours a week it's a good company to work for they have good benefits and it's like for a big family we have a 500 plus sister companies I really enjoy working there

They say their family and for the most part they are until you have personal issues. The ac doesn't work that well where you work and they have so many cameras. Big brother. You can move up quick though if u can work. Still miss it.

This place is extremely SLOW!!! Appointment time 8:00am! Sat here from 7:30am till 10am before being told “oh you’re load won’t be ready till 3pm. Two other trucks was told be here at 7am. Still setting!!!

This is a awesome company to work for .They are truly understanding of life situations .They always try to take care of there employees ,They try to pay well and hours are always available to work overtime
