ACR was Very responsive, professional and thorough. They made needed repairs and did a maintenance on my existing units. Jack was my technician and he was knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. My units are relatively old and most likely need to be replaced. The owner himself came out while the technician was there to give me my options , offer advice , and is going to give me a quote. ACR was recommended by the company I used for 27 years before moving here. I am very pleased by the work Austin did and am thankful for the quick turnaround time. I called yesterday and they fixed it today. Before getting the recommendation I tried other a/c companies, two didn’t bother returning my calls and the one that did come out gave an estimate that seemed high and was more interested in signing me up for a year’s service agreement that was only $200 more than the estimate. Turns out ACR did the work for half the price! I will definitely be using ACR in the future. I hope I get to enjoy another long term relationship with a great a/c company.

We called ACR to repair our unit which broke on Mothers Day. ACR returned our call right away and had our AC running again promptly. Other companies we called either never returned our call or couldn’t even send anyone out for over a week. ACR did a great job all the way around. We will definitely be calling them again for our AC needs.

**Update!: Had to call ACR again this year (2020), and once again they did not disappoint! The technician arrived early, was courteous and fixed the issue very quickly. We will always use and recommend ACR anytime the need arises! Thanks again ACR for the excellent service. 👍😀

Jose Reyes was great. He easily diagnosed our problem, gave several options to resolve the issue and completed the repair quickly. Very professional service. Will definitely be calling ACR and asking for Jose again when the need arises!

ACR is professional and courteous. They are the only AC company I would ever use. I have a service agreement and they are prompt when they give you an appointment time. They service repair crew is great. So are the sales men. When my AC went out last August they quickly got me an estimate to repair and or replace. I replaced and they did that quickly even it’s Covid.

Fantastic company!! From getting the price and the next day appointment to a knowledgeable and pleasant service tech. He taught me what to look for on an ac unit, why it takes so long to switch from ac to heat and what the numbers mean on the handler. I called ACR today, on a Saturday, and I was told the soonest they could get a technician in would be by Monday. I agreed to wait and shortly after a few minutes they gave me a call and let me know a technician was available to come in today and look at the unit.

Jack from ACR was very knowledgeable with a lot of experience. He not only fixed the issue in a few minutes, but was also kind enough to show us everything our A/C Unit could do since we really didn't know much about it after our recent purchase of our home.

On top of it all, he gave us tips on maintenance in order to save some money with our A/C.
