We have used them for repairs before purchasing a unit this year with them. Very impressed with each department. From technicians (Ryan is incredible) to sales to customer support, they click on all cylinders. Ryan was knowledgeable, efficient, and great with customer service. Sales team was not pushy and was patient as we modified what we needed in a unit. Customer support was responsive and made you feel like you are the most important client each interaction. Highly recommend this company to my peers. It really does truly feel each employee takes pride in working for the company based on how well each department represents it.

So far I am very impressed with this company and I'll be able to tell you more after the tech comes to my house tomorrow. They appear to be very honest and not trying to pull one over on their customers. I cannot say the same about another company I used yesterday. I will give you a full review after tomorrow.

Our semi-annual service was done at our convenience, it was a thorough testing of our system’s performance that was done inside and outside of our home, and the ACR technician was polite and professional. We appreciate receiving such great service!

ACR has taken care of my AC needs for years. They installed my new AC unit about 3-4 years ago and have maintained it since then. They have been responsive when there have been issues (warranty work), and have been fantastic with maintaining the unit to keep it running efficiently. I would definitely recommend ACR to my family and friends!

I have been using ACR for 10 years and have never been anything but completely satisfied. They performed maintenance on our old units and when it was time installed new HVAC systems. Since then I have had the annual service maintenance where they have kept the systems pristine. I have also used them when a part went bad and they took care of all of the warranty submission with the manufacturer, which made life much easier. All of the techs have been great but recognition to Jack who has always been phenomenal. Also, working with Mike Torres, the owner, has always been a pleasure.

I called about a AC with bad capacitor. We made appointment for next day and then called back an hour later to say that they could have someone there in an hour. A very competent Tech came quickly found bad capacitor and replaced it. Very happy with service and price. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them.

Great quality service! They installed my AC unit almost 17 years ago and I continued to use ACR to complete the twice a year service. They installed a new AC today and did a great job, the team was great!
