Gold Star technician (Trevor) did a thorough check of the pressures, etc. in my A/C system, replaced my electrostatic filter. Trevor took the time to explain the different checks he was doing. Trevor found the PVC pipe draining the water to the condensate pump was clogged. He cleared the clog and installed union joints so it can be cleared easier if it clogs in the future. He replaced the small capacitor on the outside A/C fan unit and thoroughly cleaned the A/C fan unit. His customer service was excellent and I highly recommend Trevor and Gold Star!

As of now I think he did a great job. He explained everything and working now on his solution for my issue.

As always, Goldstar is the best! They installed my Furnace and A/C 7 years ago and have done a great job with any maintenance or service call repairs. Highly recommend them!

We have used these guys for a few years now and their repair people are great. We had some problems when they installed a new water heater and AC for us in 21, but they made it right and have been really good for us ever since.
