The tech showed up about 5 min early, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He showed me all the concerns with my system, gave some recommendations, and his typed up report. No pressure from this tech to use their business again, but I will.
I have an annual contract with Gold Star which I renew every year - they send out competent technicians twice a year to perform maintenance on my heater and A/C and make recommendations if any repairs are needed. Today we had John who did an excellent job and spent the time to make sure everything was done correctly.

I just had Ken over for the first time today and boy is he good! He really knows his stuff and is personable and kind. Tuned everything up and had it working even better than before and took time to show me everything about the system in detail. He really seems to take pride in his work and is definitely my favorite tech!
I was having electrical services done when my heaters stopped working. GoldStar came the next day. They were responsive, polite and professional. I also had a maintenance appointment scheduled the next week. Very reasonable pricing and friendly technicians who explained exactly what they were doing.
Gold star technician, Duke Smith was awesome! He was so nice, friendly, informative and very thorough. He noticed that I didn’t have carbon monoxide detectors and explained the importance of having them. I will be requesting him as my technician in the future.
Ethan was a very personable and a thorough company representative. I will call upon your company again because of his service and also the company communication. This is the second time Ethan has inspected and tested all my equipment. I am so pleased he is still with the company after two years.
