I was very happy with the pleasant young man who did the maintenance check on my heating system today. He arrived right on time and did a good job dealing with the access to the attic. He serviced the 2 units, changed the filters and reported that all was well with the units.
Jason, Steve and Dave with Gold Star installed a new Heating and Cooling unit at my house this week. They arrived on time and were completely professional the entire time. They completed the job in a timely manner and took breaks throughout the process to answer my questions, give me updates and discuss any concerns I had. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received from Gold Star from start to finish.
As a developer I’m highly upset that I not only let your contractor misinform me but I didn’t do my due diligence. He was absolutely incorrect as I knew he was when I asked him why my thermostat wasn’t working as he was leaving yet it was working fine bf he arrived!
UPDATE: Goldstar has communicated with me consistently since the above fore mentioned occurred. The situation was rectified and the tech did make a critical thinking error but heck we all do every now & then.. Micheal Phillps you are the man! 👍🏽
Awesome experience with customer centered folks. I think the Gold part of their name must come from their adherence to the Golden Rule. They certainly treated our Family like they would like to be treated!

Had technicians work so quietly and diligently, take extra care when moving equipment in and out of my home, leave a spotless work area when done, AND show me the completed system and how it worked (right down to changing the filter). Thank you Christian & team!!
I had a great experience with John. He was very pleasant and informative. After completing the maintenance on my system he gave me directions on how to keep my system running to its fullest potential which included changing air filter, showing me the type I need and how to properly install in addition to advising me to schedule and keep all maintenance appointments. He offered me savings plans for those plans as well. We went over some features on the thermostat that I wasn't aware of and answered any additional questions I had.
Yes, he was here today and did a cleaning/pre-summer check on our air conditioning system. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. Discussed a new "gas" installation. Will get an estimate from you this summer. Thanks so much for sending such a well versed and "experienced" technician to our home.

Then noticed our returns were not set up for winter. He went above and beyond and was able to articulate his findings in an understandable manner.
Trevor was able to diagnose and address the issue quickly. He was happy to have me look over his shoulder and he explained what he was doing and what he found along the way. He even gave me some pointers on things to keep an eye on and things I could do myself. I requested that he be assigned to all my normal maintenance calls.
I asked lots of questions and they were answered with confidence and consideration. My knowledgeable Gold Star service technician worked systematically with precision.
