John Howell was very professional, polite,and personable. He explained what was needed and replaced the blown fuse related to the filter. He made sure to ask me if I wanted to purchase a year’s worth of filters since he had used the last one. Although I initially chose to purchase on my own, he asked if I was sure I didn’t want to purchase the filters. I ended up purchasing them. John also made sure he cleaned the outside unit for me. He definitely takes pride in his work!

Robert Roselli did a tune up on his first trip out here and found an issue that was taken care of today. He’s very knowledgeable, explained everything so I understood what was going on. Would definitely recommend him.

We decided to use a new Heating/Air Condition company for our semi-annual maintenance. We hired Gold Star Services and was very pleased with their service. The service person's name was Ethan Page. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know. In fact, we have signed a contract with Gold Star Services and requested Ethan to be the only person to come when we need maintenance or service. We are very pleased with the service and would recommend the company.

John Howell is a great service technician. He arrived on time and was very professional. Upon completion he explained the service he provided and gave a few tips to keep the equipment running in top shape. The pictures he showed me on his tablet gave a good visual understanding to the steps he took with today's maintenance.
